If you decide to call it, they WILL do a refund 10-15 business days, however not without you giving them MORE INFORMATION such as your name, email address,...... I suggest that you by pass all the phone number whoee and go straight to you finanical institution and file a fraud claim. - Hunter| 2 repliesWhoever this scam artist is is a piece! I got the same charge of 38.99 and couldn't figure out what it was for. Called the first time and got the same "call back in 4 hours cause our computers are down" [***]. After that it just beeped and hung up when i called. I disputed it as well and have to fill out a fraud form and send back. I am a BOA customer as well. Even THEY dont know what this thing is. You would think that after this many complaints, they would somehow block them from doing that. Dont know if that's even possible though. Stuff like this really makes my blood boil.
- Caller: DWL something
- Hunter replies to Hunter| 1 replyI just called the alternate number and all i had to give was my name. It was actually very fast. They said it would be refunded in 10-15 days and they canceled whatever the hell it was that they represented. But i would do that AND report as fraud. These people are straight up criminals.
- ERICI just got charge from my card that i did not spend for it cost me 38.99 USD.trying to contact them but could not get to them..
- Caller: DWL
- Perdido Florida| 1 replySame thing as you guys, same date and same charge. Had to cancel my debit card and then call customer service to be transfered to the fraud department. BOA Fraud Dept was really fast and easy and they'll be pressing charges, apparently. I hope they catch these *********.
I was wondering, are all the cards effected debit cards? The new thing going around are hackers getting into restaurant credit card databases....- Caller: DWL "Membership Services"
- Satya replies to Perdido FloridaMine is a credit card from India. Charges incurred on 10/07/2010 which shows in Indian currency. No other details except DWL*DWL Member.
