I have been scammed and would like to know why we work hard for our money and if anyone deserves to get it it is our children. Not this damn scam artist.

Payment processors are required to track chargeback rates and cut off merchants submitting high levels of fraudulent charges, to prevent fraudulent access to the bank ACH system.

File a complaint against the payment processor, Payment Data Systems, with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, at www.occ.gov

This number when called is for some cruise...has nothing to do with zeal.....

if you didnt authorize thses charges they will refund your money
altough you have to wait 5 7 days

Well I just noticed this today that on July 31, they deducted $29.95 from my checking account without permission and I DO NOT know who this company is!

I filed a complaint with my bank, CHASE and they have credited the amount back into my account and I've also filed a complaint with the BBB in UTAH.

EVERYONE that has had this happen to, please file a complaint so that these people are stopped, this is ridiculous and ILLEGAL!

I'm trying to make contact with the company via their website to let them know that I want my money back and that I've filed a complaint with the BBB, do you think they will give me my money back now!  [evil grin]  I think not, but my question to them, if you're a "reputable" company you will refund my funds and apologize for the error.-----here's to keeping fingers crossed that tey do the right thing!

They keep calling when I tell them to take me off of their calling list.

Never heard of this company before! But they took me for $30.00

This Company charge me $29.95 wthout my permission. and I can not contact them because, the phone number that they has is not good.

I too discovered my funds had been withdrawn from my account. I immediately contacted the company first. I talked to a nice lady, she handle the situation well and gave me a confirmation number with a follow-up email.  After I got off the phone with them, I called my credit union and they assured me that would investigate the matter to the fullest extent.  I filled out the papers just in case my funds don't come through in the next week.  These people are scammers and should be shut down immediately. I wish people wouldn't be so rotten and money hungry!

I took got a call from that number... well I have gotten several calls. They call me all day long and all night long and one time I fir ally answered the phone and I couldn't understand the person so I hung up. Then this past Friday my account was debited 29.95 and I did not authorize this transaction! I have never even heard of this company! By the time I found out my money was gone it was Saturday after the bank had closed. So I'm going to call my bank in the morning. J also trued calling this website that took my money zeal money solutions and I got a recording that said call back during normal business hours. Said they was closed. I'm so angry! I'm a single mom of 3 struggling as it is! Just bought my first house and every penny counts! That 29.95 they took could end up costing me hundreds!!! I hope I get my money back! Anybody else that has gotten their money back could u tell me how u did it?

Report the unauthorized transaction to your bank or credit union. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Comission at ftc.gov, and forget the BBB, they are useless. If the calls are frequent, file a complaint with the Federal Communications Comission at fcc.gov.  Most States have a consumer hotline and/or website to file complaints to the Attorney General's Office, make use of them so the State knows what's going on and can work with neighboring States to lay in some serious criminal charges on the scammers.

Call this number 877-737-7297. Let them know the situation and they will issue the credit. My bank declined my claim but thank God, I did the research and found more information online. We all need to contact the BBB, as well as CFPB and submit complaints.

Zeal Money Spolution if my money is Not put bck into my account by next friday its on!!!! Never heard of you never called n got No loan...Im calling 911 Reporting Fraud..

If you call 1-877-737-7297 they will issue the refund and block you from ever getting contacted by Zeal, they were really nice, it was quick, and obviously get these calls a lot. It's pathetic, if you're requesting a pay day loan online you are obviously in a tough spot, and all these people do is scam you. I've learned my lesson and will never fill out anything online unless I know who it is specifically.

THey took $29.95 out of my account, i never got any money from them. THis made other check I had out
bounce. Plus my bank change me money for over draft. I want my money back.
