Hey April. I'm in on class action if we can get it up and going with all of the fine folks who have posted here as well as on other complaint sites I've seen today. Please let us know what we need to do. This is ridiculous. Zeal is clearly taking advantage of people at their most vulnerable. It is predatory and fraudulent. I never signed up to receive money from them but they're doing business as (D/B/A) and doing business with so many lenders that we, as consumers, have no idea of what we're getting into when we apply for help.

ZEAL is a raw DEAL. Please band together people to stop them.

Another consumer ripped off. Just checked my account. $29.95 gone. Did not authorize it. Need go file class action. This is horrible.

Go to zmshelp.org and log in

with your email information and phone number as your password it will access your account and you can cancel and they will refund your money.

Please do not call me any more.
I did not authrorize the amount of $29.95 to be deducted from my account.
I will do what I have to to get reimbursed.

Zeal Money Solution. They r scam artist.They charged my acct for 29.95.Claim i took out an online loan.I called them and told them that i did not authorize them to take anything out of my acct.Carol was the lady i talked to this morning .She gave me the website to go on to cancel,when i went to the website she had told me the website couldn"t be found.

they also charged my account fraudulently ....here is info I found on them and highly recommend you file a complaint with the utah bbb...when you search zeal there are complaints that come up that have been filed and will take you to the area to file your complaint.

Same thing happened to me.  Call 1-877-268-1121, they are the payment processing center  for Zeal Money Solutions.  They will credit back your acct. and block them from accessing your acct.  Refund will be posted back within 72 hrs.

WAS ABLE TO SEND MY REQUEST FOR REFUND AND BLOCK FURTHER ACCESS TO MY ACCT.

The lady knew why I was calling, however had a hard time locating me at first as they did not have my phone number but were eventually able to locate me by name. This process I was advised can take up to 72 hours.
I hope this information is helpful for any1 that encounters this horrible intrusion.

I've been charged for something I've never purchased now my bank has charged me $29.95+$34.00 overdraft fee so all together I now owe them $63.95 for something I've never purchased,I never even heard of these guys. And when it comes to me if I get too angry, too stressed out, or too hot I'll get sick and have a seizure and as of right now I'm feeling both angry & stressed out and the back of my neck & temples are starting to hurting me, I might get sick and have a seizure. I would greatly appreciate this and give me back my money like I said before I never even heard of you guys so how am I gonna purchase from you guys? GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY, NOW!!! Nobody even called me it's not in my calling log, I don't see your name our number any where so how did you get my name, phone #, routing # & account #? You guys are a much of theives and once again I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! The $29.95+$34.00 overdraft free that my bank charged me for this all together this is $63.95. Because of your wrong doing. I better not get sick over this because of your wrong doing that you guys did to me. My head is already hurting me!!!!   :'(

I had the same company hit my account. I am on the phone with my credit union now. Really? I work hard and im taking care of a sick mother. This is not ok!!!! I may have to close my account!!!!

I went on a website for credit report services & I ended also getting a $29.95 charge which caused overdraft fees!!! I never authorized this company for this charge!

They did the same to me. I had deleted/unsubscribed their fake name from my email. I never applied for any loan with them either.

I'm freakin' out cause this happened to me I don't know what to do?? Someone help??

I want to cancel this account, as of right now  09/24/2012.  at 9:20 AM. I would like a refund, I didn"t know anything, you company has been taking money out of my checking account.   Thank you,     Gary W. & DeeAnn Milhone. We feel like we have been scamed.

Do no call or contact me. Delete me as a member of your fraudulent services. I had $29.95 taken out of my bank account without authorization. Replace my money as you had no right taking it!!! I received no services from your company nor do I want any!!! This is all a big fraud!!!
