- wendy yanceyI was checking my bank account online and discovered that there was a debit on my account from some company called zeal money sloutions for $29.95. I have never heard of this company and have never done business with this company. I have no idea how they got my bank account information other than from a company I tried to apply for a payday loan with. I did not get the loan and did not sign any papers authorizing any debits from my account.

- BGI just checked my checking account and found this "Company" had Stolen $29.95 out of my account and I don't even know who or what they are??? Going to bank then to report to BBB!!

- Lynn replies to reneGood idea about the class action complaint! I received an email from The Lending Network welcoming me as a member. The email actually said my "account" had been activated through one of their third party partners! I wonder who they are and how they got my information. I know I did not authorize anyone to represent me about money or a loan and I do not want their services whatever it may be.
What really ticked me off was I called my bank the next day after I received the email (I read it at night) and told them about the company said it was going to take $29.95 out of my account and the representative had me to forward the email to their phish department, which I did, and assured me that the funds would not be taken out. Well, the funds were taken out the day after I called the bank and I was furious! Now the fraud department is investigating refunding my account. All of the telephone numbers are bogus because no one ever answers. Two of their email addresses were fake. Now I'm praying for a refund ! I will file a complaint about The Lending Network, their other names: moneysolututionsfinancial.com, intuitivemoney.com, and Zeal Money solutions. Good luck to everyone in getting your money actually refunded. They will reap what they sow. - Jesus adornoThey took money from me too

- LeiselI also received an unauthorized debit from my PERSONAL bank account for something I NEVER authorized. Thank goodness I read the information on this website and called 877-737-7297. When asked why the money was debited it was from random online loan company, which is bizarre since I only inquired and NEVER signed ANY documents. This fictitious"COMPANY" really needs to be put out of business. I also complained to Federal Trade Comission!!!
- Dave in FloridaI got a charge from them for $29.95 as some kind of fee for a payday loan. I never applied for a payday loan. I think GMS games might have been behind it. Zeal took the money right out of my checking account without me authorizing it. I never spoke to anyone about a loan over the phone or the Internet. I had to close my checking account and ATM card and get new ones. There seem to be a lot of complaints about these scumbags, so why haven't the cops shut them down???

- KaitI have never heard of these people. Never spoken to anyone from that "company" and have never been on their web site. Have absolutely never filled out any form. Just say that they tried to charge my account $29.95 and then when they couldn't get it I was charged an overdraft fee. Husband and I have closed that account and don't plan to open another one.

- Dukes80| 1 replyCharged me 29.95. I've never had a payday loan. Stayed on hold for 25 min. They finally answered. I told them I wanted a refund and they said I would have my money back in 3-5 business days. They are nothing but crooks. Blows my mind in 2012 this is legal.
- Linda MannsI like others I see did not give anyone authorization to withdraw 29.95 from my checking account on 10/18/2012. I never give anyone my account information so I have no idea how they would have gotten it. My statement shows to be from WEB-ZEAL MONEY SOLUT- 8884858578 PAYDAY APP LOAN SUPPORT FEE-15 Oct- MONEYLEAFFINANCIAL.COM- 1-877-888-2415. I don't know who these people are and I don't ever remember talking to anyone about a loan.
- Linda MannsI will be calling A.S.A.P. for them to refund the money they took from my account.

- Linda Manns replies to SteffanieStephanie, That exactly the same kind of message I got through my e-mail. Upon reading it, I knew I hadn't applied for any loan. They got my account for $29.95 also, but let me tell you this, that will be all they get. I will be calling the numbers on this page to try and get my account refunded.
- Jim replies to jeanieThe company behind all of this is Mpower LLC, aka Mpowering (www.mpowering.com) owned by Alain Templeman. He runs a bunch of scam companies, here are just a few My Cash Guardian, My Money Leaf, My Money Toolbox, Zeal Money Solutions, Zeal Funding Solutions, etc. Don't waste your time filing complaints on the scam message boards, because every company he uses is only active for a few months and then he just changes the name and load it on his little platform and he instantly he has a new company.
If you have been scammed file a compliant with the Utah Attorney General at uag@utah.gov, the Utah Department of Consumer Protection at http://consumerprotection.utah.gov/complaints/manual.html and the BBB... - Doug replies to Robert KThanks for the straight advise Robert. I did exactly that.
