Msg said that I had entered a contest for a vehicle and am a finalist. Left 888#, extension and name.

Lisa Fox (ext 150) left a voice mail stating i entered a contest to win an SUV and that i had won.  I did not not return the call.

I also got a call from Lisa Fox (x150) saying that I was a finalist to win an Explorer or Escalade based on a sweepstakes I had entered (I entered no such sweepstakes).  I didn't call back.

Got this call too - I'm in AZ.  Like how they use the word "Finalist" - not falling for it. Called it back from a private # and it says, 'prize claim center.'  Further research indicates that this is a company that attempts to get people to claim a prize in order to make a sale for a product that does not likely exist.  I worked for a company similar to this when I was still sweet and innocent.  Wow.  I learned fast about how desperate people are to steal your money.  Be careful all!

I just got this phone call as well --- I'm on the DO NOT CALL registry -- clearly it DOES NOT WORK!!!  I didn't bother calling them back....

Ditto - received the same information and I did not enter any contest.  I am also on the do not call registry.  This is the second time I have been contacted with this message.  Last time it was a male, this time it was Lisa Fox.

I am also on the Do-Not-Call List and I agree that it is not working.  I received the same [BS] message about winning an SUV and to return the call to Ext. 150.  When will these people ever give up?

I just got this call as well.  It's clearly a pre-recorded scam.  The woman claimed to be Lisa Fox.

Got call from Chris Kuba 11/7/07.  I was finalist and won
Ford Explorer or Cadillac.  I do enter contests, but
something about the call-back number did not seem right,
so got on internet and checked it out.  Glad I did.

Received a voicemail from a caller identified as Craig Kuba on 11-7-07 relating that I was finalist for a Cadillac Excursion in a sweepstakes I entered.  BUT, I have entered no such sweepstakes.  The phone number given to call was 888-493-8245, Ext 150.  I did not return the call, knowing that it was a scam.

Looks like Craig (or Chris for some!) Kuba is making the rounds!  Glad I did a search and never called back.  I never enter contests, so I knew something was up.

The message gave 888-493-8245 ext. 150 also.  The guy said it is 'in your best interest' to call him back as soon as possible because I was selected as a finalist for the ford explorer or a cadillac escalade.

The message begins conveniently in mid-sentence, so i never heard where they were from.  He states that I've been selected as a finalist in a contest for winning a ford explorer or a cadillac escalade.  i never entered such a contest.

he says to call him back asap, and that doing so is in my best interest.

I got the CHris Kuba call, Didn't call back and asked my husband if he had entered a contest and he said know. I don't remember entering one, but after reading all this, I know I didn't.

I got the same message as all of you above.   It's clearly BS but I am so curious as to what garbage they are going to say I almost want to call!!

I called the guy - got his boss - so he says - then I told him if I knew where he was I would rip something very personal from his body and shove it down his throat. I hope they call the cops. What can they do? I'm dying from terminal cancer. I too am on the do-not-call list.You can file a complaint at the caller registry. If people don't do that nothing will ever be done.

I received a voicemail from a Monica Holmes stating that I entered a contest and was also selected as a finalist.  I never enter contests or sweepstakes, so I know this is false.  She asked me to call 888-493-8245 extension 114.  I did not call back.  I'm also registered with the do not call registry.  She said I won a Ford truck.  The caller ID stated Limited Marketing.  I could also hear her turning the pages as she is reading all this so called "good news".

Got the call from Craig Kuba as well and then a "Charmain" also called. I called them back and got someone else at the mysterious extension 150. They kept asking for my name and phone number and where I was calling from. I'm moving soon, so I gave it to them to see how far they would go. They just kept reiterating the script and were unable to tell me the "contest" I had entered. (I don't enter contests) I told them "unless you drive a new car up to my house, don't ever call me again." They were very surly and rude and most likely up to no good. I love baiting these people because we all know they are trying to scam the elderly, the poor, and the uneducated into doing something they will regret. I think we should all call them back about 100 times each, give them false information, tie up their lines, and make them totally miserable.

Caller ID read PRIZE CLAIM CENTER 773-347-0011.  I do enter contests or answer calls I do not recognize. The message said I was one of the finalists for a drawing for a Ford Explorer or Cadillac Escalade. Caller identified himself as Chris Kuba (spelled Kuba out)at ext 150 and it was in my best interest to call him back as soon as possible.  I looked up the number on line and came up with this web-site information. I wish people would share more of these types of experiences to protect the gullible. I just renewed with National and Texas no call because I am beginning to get calls like this.  I did not know the no call registries had to be renewed every three years.  I wonder how many other people know this.
