- Diane, CPA replies to rick, cpa| 1 replyI just got a phone call from a Sam Kirby telling me he was the "union laison for the state" and the unions were asking him to find CPA's to do tax returns for union members. I asked him how he got my name and he said he was referred by a union member in my area. Then he asked me where I lived so I got suspicious and asked him where his office was. He said "I have asked you one question and you have not answered me but you have asked me a bunch of questions" and then he got real cocky with me and hung up. I am thankful we have google to look up these phone numbers and tell others IT IS A SCAM!!!
- Diane, CPA replies to Noneofyourbiz| 2 repliesObviously from your post you are upset that people know you are scams.
- Ryan HThese folks just left a message with my assistant, stating that "Sean, with the State Union" needed to speak with me. Gotta love the scammers. What I love even more is being able to block these time-wasters. Thanks for the all the info, you all!
- Caller: "State Union"
- scGot a call from Ray Morrison from a union liaison of AZ. Thanks for all the posting & good thing I googled the number: 888-498-5381 x712.

- SuzanneGot two phone messages yesterday from Mike Daniels- called him back and he offeried to send us clients from the many different unions in Texas. Had that tone of voice that said "salesman" so tried to look him up on Internet with no results. The more I thought about it, the more I smelled a scam of some kind. Thanks for the info.

- jpence replies to SuzieWe received this same phone call from the same number. He was representing Florida
- San Diego real estate agentSounds like they are back on again got a call form Nevada Mr. Randy Rose at 702-773-3619 to sell the ad for about $350 for 2 years, not sure if this is true or not but the website is very low quality for this kind of cash ofr a 2 year advertising.
Probably scam or real ad but I can't see a good return on investment.
Of course they called me out of 4 other agents and 1 already purchased some ad space, really?! Not bitting on this hook!- Caller: http://www.uniontoday.org/

- Callous replies to Noneofyourbiz| 4 repliesWho doesn't know what "we are talking about" ? The caller or us posters? I got these scam calls from time to time. Saying they are looking for some good qualified massage therapists to "refer their members to". What they are really want is as much money they can convince you to give them. Saying they will place your ad in a publication that goes to the union members. I ask him how often, he says they place brochures or flyers in the lunch rooms. My brother is the head of a major labor union in the midwest and he says they've never heard of this outfit and there is no publication that goes to their members. If their members want a massage all they have to do is what the rest of American does not for services.... got to Google search of their smart phone aps. So yes this is a huge freaking scam... so hang up on them.
- rctGot a call from a Tim Patrick saying he was a union liasion for California and was looking for a psychologist to refer all union members and returning veterans to. Calling back it was called Image Right Corp. Looking for ONE psychologist to refer ALL union members to? That's nuts.
- Caller: Image Right Corp
- Oklahoma CPAReceived a call today from Sam Kirby, same line as in the other messages here. Thanks for posting.
- Caller: Sam Kirby
- UNION TODAY SCAM!| 1 replyUNION TODAY SCAM! This is a legitimate scam. lol. They will post your info on a site that no one will ever see except other fools who gave them $. He said their members will see it, but they don't tell you they have only 1 member and it's his 2nd cousin who works at a union. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone earlier posted that none of the people commenting had given them money so how do they know it's a scam. It's obvious. Also, they are going after business owners, not SENIORS (sorry if I offended any smart seniors, I know you're out there). I looked and in Arizona, there is only 5 advertisers. They've been doing this for several years and offer a 2 year agreement and only got 5 fools in the entire state of AZ. Can you smell the bulls**t now????

stupid people are gonna say what they want to say. because they have no clue. They base their decisions on what others say and do instead of finding out for themselves. Maybe if you found the information out for yourselves instead of reading and listening to what are others are saying and doing, maybe you would find that the information that others are posting here are completely false. I have been doing business with this company for a long time. I have gotten lots of business from this company. Lots of union members have contacted me through this company. So, why dont you put up or shut up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - iammft replies to practicewhatyoupreachAdmin Edit: "It's a FAKE comment!"

Hello All,
I have received a call from someone from this company too recently. I too was alittle skeptical. But, I checked them out with the Better Business Bureau and they are completely legitimate. They have a high rating. I think that I may just try to become a sponsor and give them a try for my business and see if I can get union members referrals. I dont listen to what others say. I check out the information for myself. This company has been in business for a long time. - FU2 replies to Only If You KnewAh yes, the old "McDonald's Defense" scammers love to use.
- Holly replies to CounselingI also received a message from Ray Morrison 866-472-9716 x712 asking if I'd like to receive referrals from union members in my area (San Francisco).
I spoke with him and he said there was a one-time fee of $365 (more than the $240 I've seen around these posts). I was thinking about signing up, but now I believe I'll let it go. I see three other acupuncturists in my area. Perhaps I'll give them a call directly to see if they've seen a referral from "sponsoring" this site (uniontoday.org). - PatI knew it, Sam Kirby called our office this morning more than 5 times and i told him not interested and he called me IDIOT!!! Im going to report him for Ilegal activity Stupid [***] !!!

- FiestaI guy identifying himself as Sam Kirby called my practice on 1/11/2012 at 11:40am (PST) from 702-534-0978.
He told me him wanting to register law practices in the state of Nevada for union members. When I told him that there was no need to register because I support unions and will give discount to Union members he snarkily replied.
"You think we are going to send Union members to you for free so you can be rich!"
I replied,"Are you arguing with me and trying to sell me something."
He replied, "No, I am hanging up on you!"
When I called back the person again identified the name of the company as Union Today and that the company was in Las Vegas.
This person has no connection to any Union that I know. Scam!- Caller: Union Today
