- FedUp| 3 repliesAnother call from "Michael Reynolds" this morning. This time I was there to answer, and I told him I knew this was a scam and to stop calling, just to see his reaction. He said, "This ain't no scam" (sure it "ain't"), and he then, seemingly exasperated, started repeating, "Will you please pay your loan?" Funny, but I can't imagine a real collection agent taking it all so personally. It's almost like he has a personal stake in it! Anyway, I proceeded to tell him about various mistakes he keeps making in legal terminology and pointed out the time he said he was calling for the last time, which was followed by him calling for another three weeks, back with his original script. I may have then told him to F off.

- Annoyed replies to FedUp| 2 repliesYes, this guy is a pain in the "you-know-what". He called me repeatedly for a long time. He is relentless. At some point, I would have received a bill or collection notice in the mail but I never did. It is definitely a scam but I guess this scammer has nothing but time on his hands. These callers want to try to get you to commit to things over the phone. I would never give any info over the phone anyway. If you have ever applied for any type of loan over the internet - this is how they get your info. You should block his number from your phone and report any info you received from him to the FTC - https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/FTC_Wizard.aspx?Lang=en. Maybe with enough complaints we can put a stop to these calls.
- FedUp replies to Annoyed| 1 replyWell, "Michael" took a day off, but now he's back, and this time his standard message included the line "and govern yourself accordingly" before the usual "and good luck with your case." I guess they don't like being mocked. Who talks like that? What kind of legalese, even, sounds like that? Scam, scam, scam. I've already reported them to the area Better Business Bureau.
- Annoyed replies to FedUpLOL…… These scammers are most-likely outside of the USA therefore their knowledge of appropriate English dialect is very limited. That’s why you would get a line like "govern yourself accordingly" where it serves no real purpose for it being said on your machine/voicemail. Trust me, block this call if you can, the guy is relentless and will not stop calling. I guess when he can no longer pay for that out-of-country mobile line he’s using then and only then will he stop calling.
- Luke H| 2 repliesThey keep calling me I have had my attorney call them and they refused to give them the address. I did get an email address from them it is TACassociates@gmail.com.

- notbuyinit replies to Christi ThompsonOk Cristi, you are one of these worthless scammers. Firstly you can't even form a proper sentence or spell correctly, and these reply boxes have spell check! You form your word structure like a foreigner would! And if you didn't believe it to be a scam, then why are you at this site? You paid your debt and all is good right? Then why investigate it? Crawl back under the rock you came from! I for one refuse to be played like this. Myself and all the people you are calling for me, are going to answer the phone every time and WASTE your time! Going to be a fun game!!!
- Annoyed replies to Luke HPlease ignore these scammers. The fact that their e-mail is a gmail account is a negative sign. Anyone can create a gmail account. Most legit businesses have their own email extension. They are definitely trying to scam people out of money. Besides, if you are aware of your debt then there is no question here. Furthermore, the fact that they won't give you a mailing address - BIG RED FLAG.... The bad thing is if you've ever applied for a loan over the internet this is how they get your info. It's unfortunate but as long as they don't have your banking info they can't steel your money. Make sure you check your bank account(s) regularly. Change accounts, if possible. Please everyone Ignore these idiots. Let them go somewhere else and try to scam people or better yet get a real job.
- FedUp replies to Luke HHard to believe a legit company is using a Gmail address. (My company has one, but it's just a back-up in case our server is down.)
- Kim PowellThese people called me and threatened to have me arrested for not paying a loan from the internet. These people are scam artists to the extreme. I have had this happen to me before and all I have to say is I wish these people would get a real job and leave us hard working americans alone. I will be reporting them also and I hope the right people put them out of business.
- nemoMy sister got a call from them looking for me.They left a message saying there is a warrant for me. I told her it was a scam because if there was a warrant for me I wouldn't have the job I have. I wis they would leave me and my family alone.
- virginia daughertyI received a call from 888-502-5665 stating they were a warrant division for the state. A woman named Heather Johnson wanted me to know they had a warrant to be issued in my county court house for a payday bill. Since I don't own a credit card or a bank account and I have never requested a payday loan, which they would not give me anyway, I know this is not TRUE!!!! So them issuing a warrant is out of the question. I think these scam artist need to be brought to justice the old fashion way...a gun and noose.
- One moreI got a call from 1 888 502 5665 the lady's name was Stacy Grant or something like that from TAC Warrant Division, she called saying that I have 3 felony charges for a check fraud --- obviously I don't have law issues with the bank or government, so don't freak out if you get a call from this number.

- Elspeth replies to jayYes, a 3rd party debt collector can sue - however, Tony did NOT have said payday loan, and it is illegal to threaten with arrest - debt is civil, not criminal.
- tempyI just got a call from my aunty and she told me that TAC has called and threatened to sew me and make warrant for my arrest because I written 3 bad checks. Which isn't possible because I haven't owned any checks since 2009 and recently filed bankruptcy back 2012 so anything including checks have been discharged.

- John DoeI got a call yesterday June 25 saying I owe $1,600.00. The person gave me all my information and said I will have a warrant for my arrest if I don't comply. I called them back 888-502-5665 spoke with Victor Shaw who told me I had a loan. I asked what was the name of the place he said " Mycashnow.com", I contacted them and asked if I ever had a loan with them THEY TOLD ME NO! Yes I applied but never got it nor was approved for it. They told me to contact the local police department. I called Victor Shaw back and told him that I contacted the so called company and they said I never had one. He was puzzled. he then said that it could be someone else who a lot of companies put people's accounts in a bucket and then use one name. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I looked up the number and if it wasn't for this site I would be screwed. Thanks!

- LauraDid anyone get a call from 209-222-3688? I know it's the same people because I've spoke with them several times. Because I refused to tell him my address, birthday, and social security number for confirmation purposes, one man, Michael, even told me to "use my ass... it's the wasted thing sitting on my shoulders!"
I feel sorry for the people that fall for these scam artists. They clearly need to get a better handle on their personal financial situation. If you have no idea who you owe money to, you should at least take the time to investigate before sending money.- Caller: TAC Associates Warrants Division

I have been divorced for 10 years and have had my maiden name for the past 5 years. He gave the #888-505-5665 ext# 554 for me to call him back. - JethroAny hackers out there who can come up with their physical location ? Callback number may be routed through India, but every single person that has called me from here (20 people different numbers?) speaks Texas Ebonics. I have pointed out to them that they are terrorizing their own people. They are threatening to send people to my house. One guy called me "boo-oy" and said that he was my worst nightmare, and was coming to my house."I'm on my way now"... "look out the window, see that little white car? " The first of many times someone was coming to get me on 3 felony counts tomorrow was over a year ago. Isn't this terrorism? With the NSA/FBI surveillance program, and the war on terror, can't we get someone Federal to track these scumbags down as terrorists and render them away somewhere? File with State Attorney General and State Banking commission (Payday Loans) .. Looking into how to elevate this Federally .... Class action?
