If this is Humana I have one day to change my plan!  They call almost daily...I never answer.

Obnoxious call

I get a call from this number maybe twice a day.  No message left. I do not answer.  Getting rather frustrating.

I received 3 calls today (and several previously). Never any message. I believe that I picked up a call once, (because it said Toll Free and I thought it might be my medical plan). There was no one at the other end. My guess is that it is a robo call system and the time I picked up, the marketer was on another call.

This is number 888 538 3518  is humana pharmacy.  They were contacting me about my new rx drug plan that begins 1/1/2018.

These calls come in often as stated here BLOCKED just to damn much

I deal with Humana Pharmacy, and this is NOT the number I have in my phone.  This may be a robot call

They called and then hung up without answering machine or leave message. There is NO Caller ID information. I will check see if is that Humana Insurance to match it

Humana, pushing their Rx plan.

I have the Humana health insurance.  To get me to take the plan,  they lied to me repeatedly. They first said that all of my Drs were in the network.  One Dr was not and had never been. They told me that all of my husband's prescriptions were covered.  One of them wasn't covered and would have cost me over $729.00 a month if I we chose to keep him on it. They told me that I didn't have a deductible which wasn't true. They also told me that two of my prescriptions were each $75.00 a month.  I had thought,  wow that's a little high.  But that wasn't true,  one was $250.00 until I met the deductible,  then it wsd $100.00 a month. The other one was $197.00 until the deductible was met,  then,  it was$47.00 a month. They paid for medical transport for my husband,  which was   great,  however when we were done and I called for a pickup,  they didn't pick us back up for over four hours! When I complained,  they apologized and said they were sorry for the misinformation.  I told them that they could call it that if they wanted to,  but it was LIES!

Just wondering.  Did you get this health plan in writing, or was it all verbal?
