Telemarketing. Calls a few times a day and asks me to continue to hold

This is a scam. The caller ID said Humana. They ask you for information that you should not give OUT. This is not Humana. They have a 800- and not 888. Please do not give out any information. Matter of fact do answer the color and block this number.

I have power of attorney and take care of all things for my parent.  My mom has Humana but doesn't get her meds through their pharmacy.  I called the pharmacy and told them about how many complaints there is online regarding these phone calls.  I notified them that if they don't stop calling that I will cancel mom's membership in Humana.  They said that it will take a couple of WEEKS to stop the phone calls.  I told them that I blocked the phone number and that they are calling every 10 minutes.  I told them that considering the number of complaints that they are likely to lose their customers because of the constant phone calls.  I blocked the phone number but they still try to call.  We will NEVER buy meds through their pharmacy...our local pharmacy is much better and can send the meds to the house if needed.  Humana pharmacy is more expensive and medications sent through the mail can be damaged by heat, etc. on their way to their destination.  She apologized but it is absolutely not acceptable that anyone should have to wait a couple of WEEKS for the phone calls to end.  SHAME ON THEM!

I really do not believe the call is actually coming from Humana. I have been with Humana for several years and they never call me for anything other than to remind me of a refill that needs to be refilled and they will leave a message if I do not answer the call. I believe the caller from this number has recorded their greeting and is using it so you will think it is really Humana. I have experienced this scenario with another number claiming to be dish.

I never answer a # I don't recognize. If it's important they'll leave a message !

Research indicates that this call is from Humana. But if it was anything important then they'd leave a message and they don't. My guess: a sales call. I blocked it.

Thank you for taking the time to document the true nature of this caller - that this is not a scam.  I have Humana, so you prevented me from blocking a number I might need someday.

My thoughts exactly! Most reputable companies show a caller ID. Hence, I ignore all caller numbers I don’t recognize. Their loss.

Rec'd a spiel about the covid virus. Then he asked for my birth date. I didn't tell him. I asked why he was calling. He asked for my birth date again ...

Got a call I answered because it said Humana on the caller Id I asked what they wanted and said it was a courtesy call that Humana has for Clients

I used Humana for several years until I found a more affordable plan.  Now they're ringing me nonstop in hopes that I'll have a change of heart.  Bombarding my phone with unwanted calls isn't the way.

Received calls from 888-538-3518; The calls starts at 7am until 8pm every day!  Non stop! The number is on redial!!! No message

Called and left prerecorded voice mail. The beginning of the message was cut off. It continued with something about saving time and money with my medications and said to call this same number. Have no idea what company it was supposed to be and I didn't return the call.
