- Holly| 1 replyCalling at 7am!?! and again at 9pm. What lovely customer service- NOT! I'm consolidating my debts and canceling my PC card this week so I won't have to deal with them anymore- WOOHOO! Horrible to call so early regardless if they 'can'. I was less than a week late with my payment and got calls daily until paid-regular day: 7am, 9am, 12pm, 2pm, 2:30pm, 6pm and again for the cherry on top, 9pm. Get a life PC financial, stop harassing your customers. I don't even want to shop PC stores anymore

- Pam replies to HollyI have had a few annoying calls recently...my cocker spaniel howls when he hears a long distance ring which makes it worse. I called the number back and explained I do not even have a PC Mastercard. Actually the woman on the phone was polite, asked for my home number(which I was reluctant to give). She explained they were looking for someone with our surname, different first name. She said she would take our phone number off the list and apologized. I was surprised...hope not to hear from them again...
- RonCancel your cards, I just spoke with a guy there who said his name was David Benjamin, They lie so much, I paid my card, their system did not update, and it keeps calling, they say they are within their legal right to call you 5 times a day, and it is not harassment.
I asked him call once during a normal hour, leave a voicemail, reasonable, he said they can legally call x amount of times, and are not required to leave a voicemail.

- HadditWe have gone to credit counselling and entered into consumer repayment.
They have taken over our payments and lowered our interest rates.
PC Financial is now calling us and demanding full payment even though our repayment option was accepted. We have written confirmation of this.
It isn't even alot- but it was all rolled into our other consumer debt. Have not missed a payment and it's been 3 months. The calls started coming a week ago.
2-3 times a day starting between 7 am all the way to 9 pm Pacific time.
We are ignoring them now, as the first one was very aggressive. We told our Credit Representative and they told us to just ignore them.- Caller: PC Financial Mastercard

- JaneI would like to settle the account with them. If anyone can tell me who I can contact, that will be great.
- Braam's Custom Cabinets| 1 replyInform them to stop calling our business.

- Resident47 replies to Braam's Custom Cabinets"Inform them" yourself. Nobody reading here can hold your hand and fight nuisance callers for you, much less determine where "our business" is or what numbers to protect .... which would be foolish things to publish here, by the way.
- MRI sent PC Financial a formal request, through Consumer Protection B.C. to contact me only in writing and not by telephone. I am behind by a payment and they too are harrassing me at 7 in the morning till late in the evening. They have ignored this request and I guess I will have to get back to Consumer Protection to go after them.

Consumer Protection BC is responsible for enforcing debt collection laws in BC. This includes debt collectors who are either located in British Columbia, or contacting BC residents about debts.
If you are being contacted by a debt collector, here are some tips to help you understand what is and what isn’t permitted under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.
Collection agencies can:
· contact a debtor at their place of employment to:
· obtain their home address or phone number,
· make one attempt to contact the debtor when they have not been able to reach them at home;
· contact the debtor’s employer to confirm their employment, business title and business address;
· contact the debtor’s family, friends or employer in an attempt to obtain their home address or phone number;
· call between the hours of 7 am and 9 pm, Monday to Saturday, at the debtor's local time;
· call on a Sunday between the hours of 1 pm and 5 pm at the debtors local time; and
· take legal action against a debtor.
Collection agencies cannot:
· call on a statutory holiday;
· continue to contact you if the debt has been properly disputed;
· collect or try to collect without being holding a valid debt collection agent license;
· place a collect call to a debtor ;
· ask that money be sent in a way that would cost the debtor money (ie registered mail)
· continue telephone contact if the debtor has properly requested communication in writing;
· give the debtor a document that is made to look like an official court document when it isn't.

- JohnHas anyone received an address for these people. I am tired of their threating demeanor for a collection that isn't even mine. I have talked to them on several occasions and they just don't seem to get it.

- Fernando VillegasJames, or whatever his stupid name is, called me. I learned they are Financial Asset Security Team, phone # 951-268-9619 and located at 9227 Haven Avenue, Suite 350, Rancho Cucamonga California 91730.
FAST LLC also know as Financial Asset Security Team, LLC is a scam, DON'T PAY THEM A DIME. They won't sue you, nor can they collect any money since they don't own your debt. Mine was dismissed through bankruptcy court, where they probably obtained my info. Nevertheless, they unlawfully call in the hope you're stupid enough to pay them.
Do you really want to help others like who have been, or being, victimized by these blood-suckers? REPORT THEM to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and to the FCC Consumer Complaints now!- Caller: Financial Asset Security Team, LLC

- JDPC Financial. I thought they were great bank. However, I had to call in once for a quick question. The man I talked to was beyond rude. He gave me so much attitude like I was ruining his night. When all I needed was a quick answer. Horrible customer service.

- MeghanThese people keep calling me at weird hours on my home and cell phones! I don't have any credit cards...don't want them either! I've registered both numbers under the Do Not Call List and told this company to take the numbers off their list (they haven't). I want these people to stop harassing me!

- EricaUnbelievable. My interest charge put me $7 over my limit and I get calls every 2 hours about this. The payment has been made to bring it well under the limit again, it just hasn't yet been applied to the account. I've been a customer for 10 years and this is the first time I've gone over my limit and I've never missed or been late with payment, yet they have their collections department calling me? Paying this card off in full next pay and closing the account. I've had it with this bank. The "free" groceries (that I earn by paying a ridiculous 20% interest on my Mastercard for) are hardly worth it.

- opaOther people have reported this computerised caller as a collection agency, but it is a scam an changes phone numbers so as to avoid blocking and tracing. When I ask why they want to verify my identity, they quickly answer wjth "Sorry, wrong number" and hang up. So, simply ask "why" to their questions and they go away . . . . What does that tell you?
