I checked this website out. There is no contact information or information about the company. When you click contact and fill in your contact information it says an error has occurred. This company is completely phony and a scam!

Wow. That web site has "scam" written all over it! Cheap off-the-shelf design with an "Our Team" photo that's actually a cheap stock photo of generic business people. There's no contact information – no physical address, phone or email, just a web form. And their web domain registration is anonymized by Domains by Proxy. They are *really* afraid of anyone finding out who, what and where they are! Any business that's actively hiding, as this one appears to be, can't be up to anything good.

If you do a reverse image search on the picture from their website it shows that it is used on 149 different websites all over the world not just  in the states. Varying from restraunt supply sales to debt collectors and tax preparers.

They just called me AGAIN an this time the message used the last 4 digits of my SSN. AND they called my work and asked my coworker if there were protocols for serving me papers at work! Wtf!

Called my cell. Said I owed money on a retail card from 2005, but wouldn't tell me anything. I haven't received any paperwork or anything in th mail. Said if I didn't call back he didn't need my corporation.   Is this a scam?

Hello AGAIN. Now they are really driving me crazy. They called my work to tell my coworker that a uniformed officer was coming to serve me papers today. Called my brother and left him a message and called me and left another threatening message. UGH. Who can I report these [***] to? I'll let you know if anyone shows up.

i got a call from these fools and i reported them to the CA AG OFFICE, YOU have to file the complaint with the AG of the state they are in, i got them to send me a settlement paper to look at so i could get an address and  do some research, he had no id  my state law he threatened that a suit had been filed all ready and they served me papers to a po box but thye came back, he said well you would have had them forwarded,  the only way a judgement can be ordered if you do not appear in court oh and i called the courts and nothing on me , you need to keep them on the phone to give you information so you can get their address the letter was  one of those settlement letters you get, but this debt is old he tried telling me all sorts of nonsense

i also want to add, that he wanted me to give them my debit card number and he would post date, it and if i gave it to him he would drop the suit, i mean they are good but play along get them to send you this letter, it was not even legal he did not have in there if you dispute this debt just this is an attempt to collect, i know the laws of my state and others, to tell me i would  automatically have a judgement against me is a lie any questions ask me because it is a good con

This is a common ploy by criminals attempting to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged, go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished, be sued, and a variety of other variations on this,  all for an alleged or nonexistent debt.  They also use the “process server” who calls and claims he is going to serve you, but then says you could avoid it by calling another number.  Now why would a “process server” want to do you, a stranger, a favor, and at the same time not get paid to deliver the papers?

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
