Credit One bank - Philippines

states they are with credit one bank but they are not. asks you to confirm information they already have. just called me regarding credit card that was stolen. I called the "real number" for credit one and confirmed they did not call me.

British accent female claiming to be Credit Bank. suspected something just paid bill

Thought it was strange to get a call from one number saying to call another number about credit one....

They called me and left a voicemail when I called back they asked me for my account number said I didn't have it on me then they asked me for my full social security number that's when I hung up

Voice mail from 844-371-1203 telling me to call 888-664-4576. I called and was ask for my FULL CREDIT ONE credit card #, when I was unable to provide the number (because I don’t even have a CREDIT ONE credit card) the person then asked for my FULL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER!!! I refused and then they hung up on me. I HOPE NO ONE FALLS FOR THIS SCAM AND PROVIDES ANY OF THEIR INFORMATION WITH THIS PHISHING SCAM!!!

I had a voicemail from a different number to call the 4576 number. They asked for my last 4 of the card number then said they couldn't pull up my information. They then asked for my full card number so I hung the phone up on them.

Called and left a voicemail from 844-371-1203 telling me to call 888-664-4576 regarding CreditOne. Did not call that 2nd number after checking this site. SCAM!

Same as the above.  This was after I cancelled my credit one cc when i lost my wallet.  So strange that I had spoke with the REAL credit one earlier today, but seemed strange that they left message saying for me to call and then when I did they needed the full credit card number. and since I didn't feel comfortable they aksed for my SSN.  When I asked for a manager, I was put on hold for 10 minutes and finally hung up to call the real credit one who said they did not call me.

Im on the phone right now with this supposed place ive been waiting for 18 minutes to talk to a supervisor rachael samolni is goving me a run around ive never heard of this credit one bank before im recording this and i told her i was and she was ok with it its almost 9 pm she is from the UK im about to burst her little bubble

When they call from one number to have you call back at another.they are not explain why to call back.  I thought that was odd so i research the number and found your messages.

Literally the worst fake British accent Ive ever heard. Not real. SCAM SCAM SCAM! They left a voicemail to call them back.

My experience is the same, they called me from one number stating they were Crefit One Bank, left a message for me to call them back at another number, and then when I did, they wanted my full credit card number to verify who I was, I told them I was NOT going to give them my CC #, how was I to know they were who they said, so I hung up..obviously they ARE NOT credit one bank

A message said to call them back about my card that I had canceled and the lady wanted my credit card info did not have it then wanted my full social so I asked to speak to a supervisor and have been on hold for 25 minutes now this is crazy

Just got supposed call from Credit One bank.  Strongly suspect scam - did not match phone number on the real Credit One website.  Woman with British accent left message to call (888) 664-4576.

They called me saying they were from Bank One asking for my information.  I started giving them my card number but realized that the call didn't show on my phone, because I have Bank One saved in my phone so I stop talking and called Bank One and they canceled my credit card the also asked for my S.S. number.
