This is the same thing to happen to me. So sad. I don’t know why ppl have to do this. The bad part is, they looked up my family info. This company or credit card is on my credit report, neither have I applied for this card. Then they are rude when you ask for the supervisor.

If you did not apply for this card then how is it on your credit report?

I receive so many unknown calls that I google every number, never answer them. So glad I searched this one. Got the same message everyone else received.

The same thing happened they ask for my cc card or ssn and I told them for what to let me speak to a manager they then proceeded to put a supervisor on the line named rina s I told her I wanted her full name which she refused to give to me I then told them I don’t want to talk to a supervisor I said a manager then they put me on hold for 20 mins they both had India accents hope no ones fall for this crap remember never give out any info!!!
