Received a call telling me they are taking me to court for a loan I never took out

I have been receiving phone calls from greenwoods holding saying her name was lisa hernandez and now she says her name is april .And then this morning they left a message saying they where from the electric company that they had a fax to turn electric on in my name . So I called the number they gave me and who do I get the same woman who now said her name is Diane and shes a mediator for greenwood. These calls will never end and its pathetic we have to go through this crap.I just hang up on them they have threatend me with court . So i threatend them with the attorney general. And now there calling from local cell phone numbers. 606-259-9663 and 18883140510 and so many other numbers as well

They called on 1/12/2016. Claimed that I used a fraulent social security number for a $400 loan. Told me that they see in court.

I just received the same call with the same pitch to collect on a load I never received. It pissed me off and I told them let's go to court because I would remember if I had received monies in my account. Scanned are so deplorable get a damn job you loses!!!

They are trying to scam me

I have received multiple calls from 888-679-4051 for someone else that they claim owes a debt.  The return phone number left on the voicemail is 512-717-9031 ext 3019 for Alexander.  The last voicemail also advised they will serve the person thru their human resource department today if the call is not returned.  This is one of many calls.  I called the number back, the recording initially stated First Recovery Services, then quickly transferred to a female who stated "DIR, this is Alexander's desk, what is your phone number.  I advised her I am receiving multiple phones for someone else's debt.  She stated, "Clearly the number is registered to them, what is the phone number".  What is ironic about this is, it is my ex husband of 20 years ago.  When we divorced, I moved 7 states away to avoid him.  I have not seen or spoken to him since.  I did not have this phone number 20 years ago.  Without telling her, all of this...I advised her that I was only calling to let her know I have filed a complaint with the FTC and Department of Justice.  She quickly hung up.  My statement was true, I did file both complaints.  At this point, I guess we can only block the phone numbers.

I just received the same call at work, because I ignored the call on my cell, the guy had my name, social and my work number. He also threatened the same thing, he is representing Greenwood Holdings from a supposed loan from 2012. He said that the people he represents are ready to pursue charges on me for bank fraud, theft by deception, etc.  He also threatened to garnish my wages.  I have no recollection of ever doing business with this company.  He said Greenwood holdings are a lot of different payday loan companies.  I am glad to see I am not alone with this [***].

I just now got the call and she said i owed three payday loans  in 2012then because i waited asked her again what year was that, she said 2013
Her name was sara mechaels ,thats how she spelled her name, the number is 888-679-4051 and she said all three loans together were $1000
So I told her I was going to call them ,She stated well when I hang up there was nothing she could do to help me and I said Im calling them ,She had my Social security# the banks name and most of my personal info ,So how did they get all that??

These people/machines are calling me about he same stuff.  They are calling family members whom i don't even have contact information for.  They are evil people and no one can really stop them!

This scumbag called for my wife by name saying that they had an active complaint against her (by name and SSN) and it was imperative that she call back by the end of the day.  Well that was 2 days ago and she hasn't called back and has no plans to.
This is a SCAM debt collector trying to get your information and money.  Do not cooperate with them.  Don't call back.

They have been calling for weeks, like an aforementioned post, my vm clearly states my name ,yet they keep leaving vm for a lindane which sound nothing like darleen. They won't stop calling.Leave vm talk too rapid to understand.

I literally received the same call, they couldn't give me any info about the supposed lender. But knew where I worked at the time, and bank account. Could you please tell me how you disputed this?
