They called the office and recording started saying something about lower my interest rate on my credit card, and I hit "9" and held it down the whole time.  I heard a female get on the line and kept saying hello, I just kept the #9 down to bug out her ears!  Doubt if it will stop them, but at least I felt better!  ha

New twist to an old scam cc scam. Just don't say hello when they call.

I get calls from this number daily. I answer, but it just hangs up.

I did what you said to do to the credit card people.  After wasting about 10 minutes of her time I let her know that I was onto to her scam.  For the next 4 hrs. my phone rang with no number in the caller ID and no one there when I answered.  This happened every 10 min.  So now I don't try to get them mad.  I just block their numbers.  Yeah, I know the credit card scammers just change their number and do it all over again.  But at least I have them blocked a couple of calls.  I have reported these credit card scams to the FCC and the FTC.  Even called my attorney general's office here in Florida.  Was told they are working hard to stop them but usually the calls are originated out of the country.

800 Service - that seems to be code for "Rachel".  Ignored and blocked.

I have contacted everyone from local to state officials to writing our legislators.  I have been told by all that there is nothing they can because these calls are coming through computers from ALL Over.  Computer generated calls they say are harder to trace & harder to find.   Pa's. Attorney General said the same thing when I tried talking to them.

Got this call 12/01/2016 at 12;31 pm.  Didn't answer but left call to my answering machine, ha as always NO Message was left.  I Refuse to answer these calls anymore.  I don't know you, then Don't Be Calling My Home.  CID said Unavailable.

this call keeps coming from this number but no one answers when you answer the phone.  I try calling it back, but phone just rings and rings.

can lower your interest.....blah....blah. Press 3 to be removed or 1 to talk to a representative.
Male SCAMMER with strong foreign accent which sounded india/hindi but may have been Filipino
wanted to lower my interest. Asked him to repeat who he was with and he said "mastercard / visa card services USA."
kept on asking him questions which threw him off his script.
I then asked "are you in the expletive (in india/hindi) dept. there"
SCAMMER said "what?"
Asked "are you in the expletive (different one in india/hindi) dept."
SCAMMER said "No"
Asked him some more and he must not have been india/hindi - he just gave up and hung-up.

Any call that displays TOLL FREE, 800 Service, or similar spells SCAMMER. I reach for the call blocker before these calls even get the voicemail.

Keep getting calls from this number even bypassing my call blocking.

This number calls often. We do not answer but it is disturbing. We have filled up our reject list so it may be a new number than what was calling a month are so ago.
