- SteveJust received a charge on my Amex from Rogers (888-764-3771) for $800.
Haven't used Rogers in 5 years!!- Caller: Rogers??
- DrewIt's Rogers main customer service number, but it's being spoofed. Called twice today. First was a sales pitch about how to get a Rogers TV/Phone/Internet bundle for $106/month. Knew it was a scam since I have Rogers services and confronted "Allan" about his dishonesty. Seconded phone call started off with "I'm Jerry (Indian accent), I want to rape your daughter" I hung up and called back the number. Reported to the real Roger's CSR.
- Caller: Spoof
- Sick of themI received a TEXT from 307-448-3087 telling me to call 888-764-3771 for Wells Fargo regarding several failed log In attempts. I do not have a Wells Fargo account.

- pissedits a fake number 1-888-764-3771 (1-888-ROGERS1) which makes you think its from them but criminals using the number to screw you over ! i have call display as "Long distance" which only gives you a clue -don't answer these calls
- Caller: fake
- Call type: Prank
- furious replies to Very MadI would not advocate calling them back, if everyone who got calls just didn't answer, they would be out of business. I am sure this is regarding an account I paid years ago and cancelled. Prior to getting a call from this number, I received 3 unknown name, private number calls. I feel that since I pay for phone service, I am not obligated to answer calls from numbers when I don't know who is calling.
- Janet replies to surprisedIt is Rogers calling to get people to take their services with the internet cable and phone and I am not interested in their services.
- TorontoBeware of a scam. Got the call today and didn't answer. Lately, there have been calls posing as calling from Bell or Rogers's number to tell me my PC is infected, but my ISP providers are none of both. Bell and Rogers won't call customers on such problems.
- Blue-BsodAccording to a Rogers CSR their main call in number is 1-866-764-3771, the 1-888 number is no longer advertised as an active number, but it is still registered to Rogers.
- Caller: Rogers Spoof
- Call type: Prank
- DerekJust called, left voicemail about some issue with previous bill being corrected.
- pissedi agree with VERY MAD ! The are some type of collection agency and why is my call display showing "Long distance" instead of Rogers ?
They use this number for other illegal purposes. I have an email which is associated with 1 service i have with them and have not received any about any promos and didn't have the feature removed either !!!!!!- Caller: spoofed number
- Call type: Prank

- Jimcomputer voice saying "good bye"
- Call type: Telemarketer
- guestGot this number on my landline around 10pm. Did not answer
- BlockFtwThey claim to be from Rogers offering a service that does not exist. Naturally they are scammers and lying left and right. When confronted, they decide to play games and ultimately use insults. Caller beware.

- IdjitsThese fools called yesterday and today. Ignored call today. Answered yesterday and they wanted us to switch to Rogers. Had some deal. Said they were cheaper than Bell. I kept saying "no your not"! Indian guy would not relent! Finally hung up on his ass!

- Call type: Prank
- BTypical delay after you answer and say Hello twice...Person can barely speak English...Say there are from Rogers. Tell them I don't have Rogers! ..He says "that's nice" & hang up...WTF! Get a life an a real job!
- Ramoth_v2The scammers are getting smarter. They are spoofing numbers (faking on the call display) having the computer present a number that appears legit. Some of them are pretending to be Telcos in order to either access your computer, or mostly to get your account and personal identifying information. They've discovered they can't fake IDs/scam for Credit Cards without a legit address, phone number, and a UTILITY such as a phone or cable bill. Rogers has been nailed by the CRTC for previously using 3rd party Telemarketers (Zedd Marketing in the past) and giving away customer's private information - they got a major fine for that, and it was supposed to have stopped. Don't trust such calls - look up the real number and call them if you want to know if its real or not. A real Telco will provide an Agent Name (first name only) of the person calling you, and you could ask for an Employee ID Number.
