- Julez| 14 repliesI did not receive a call from this number, however, I did receive a credit card charge from them. The name of the company says "Hub Healthy". The charge was for $19.95. I definitely did not do any business with this company, infact, the charge was made while I was out of town in a remote area that doesn't have telephones or internet.
- Caller: Hub Healthy
- Dana| 4 repliesI did not receive a call, however,I got this number from my bank since they've been charging me $29.95 a month since July. And the charges are under 3 different company names like My Trainer, Fitness Hub, and Hub Healthy , to name a few. I demanded a refund for these unauthorized charges, be firm. BEWARE!!!!

- Sali| 1 replyI also checked my online statement and my checking account was hacked for the tune of $19.95.
- ugh| 1 replyno phone call but they charged me $39.95 and this was not the first time this happened. the first time they said i ordered diet supplements. and obviously i didn't. they said i used my address and everything so i couldn't charge it as fraud. but they didn't have the correct email address. i tried calling too but they said they were "closed" for the holidays
- Caller: Hub Healthy
- Tom replies to jenniferMy wife foolishly made a $10 donation to a child's school charity at Active.com. Now she has a $29.95 charge on the same card from Healthy Hub. When you call the toll-free number, they ask for all your info (address, last 4 SSN, ect.) in order to try & "find" the order. Apparently, once they have your card no. for a charity they rip you off the next month. Never go to to Active.com
- Me 2!| 3 repliesI also discovered a $29.95 charge from "Healthy Hub". I cancelled my cards the morning I discovered it. I wasn't able to find an 800 # until after it posted on my bank statement. I have no idea what this company is or why they're charging me.
- BikeGuy6 replies to Me 2!| 2 repliesI just got this scam also.
They get your credit card number when you order from a health or fitness website. Then, either with or without your permission, they sign you up for Dietcenter.com fitness advice and costsmashers service to help you shop for good deals, "sometimes even products for free".
I called and got the charge reversed.
I think the bottom line here is to order only from online stores you know and to watch your online purchases carefully. - BikeGuy6 replies to BikeGuy6| 1 replyThis scam orginated from placing an order for LaraBars with GotBody.com.
If you buy from this company you are likely to get this scam. - Tara replies to DanaThis has been happening to me as well. I'm going to the bank today. Did your bank ever refound your money?
- vitaminadictYup this is a scam. We got the charges reversed by a very helpfull cust. serv. rep. We have also been charged 2.95 from another comp. They got us during the checkout online by not being very careful as to what you check and don't check. Supposedly we have been "canceled" from the programs we "knowingly" signed up for.
- muffI was scammed too! $29.95, hoping to call the 1-888 number that showed up next to "hubhealthy" on my bank statement. I have cancelled my card too.
I also report this to King 5 news investigaters. Hopefully they will do a segment and help this to be stopped. How can they get away with this??? - RPSmiththis is a scam. You did not read the Terms and conditions before you check it. In it you agree to try "whatever" and then you have to cancel it within a limited amount of time. Time flies and you get screwed. That is the fun with internet purchases.
Be aware! they will get you if you don't STOP them.
Our lesson only costs us 29.95...so far.
RPSmith - DEEDEEHUB HEALTHY WAS CHARGING MY ACCOUNT MONTHLY FOR $19.95. i NEVER SIGNED UP FOR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WITH THIS COMPANY. SOMETIMES THE CHARGE WAS DEBITED UNDER THE NAME MY TRAINER...SAME COMPANY. I CALLED MY BANK TO STOP PAYMENT OR BLOCK THIS COMPANY, BUT WAS TOLD BECAUSE THEY ARE USING A DEBIT CARD NUMBER, I WOULD HAVE TO GET A NEW CARD. I CALLED THE 8887711453 NUMBER AND WAS GIVEN A CONFIRMATION NUMBER WHICH SUPPOSEDLY WILL CANCEL EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY MY ACCOUNT. WE'LL SEE!!
- NewOrleansSaintsFan| 1 replyYEP...888-7714533 Healthy Hub, My Trainer, they change the name but charge the same! GOT SCAMMED HERE TO... I thought this was a $29.95 debit my wife made for a tanning club last summer so I looked past it until it came up in conversation this week. It turns out it was not. They got us on the 28th of each month since June, $180 TOTAL!!! As I am writing, she is working on getting it resolved. Same thing happened last year with some travel club when we purchased a hotel room on line. We cancelled the card back then to be certain the charge wouldn't continue. We will likely have to do it again. Lesson learned... Don't make debit card purchases on line unless through a reputable company like PayPal. Credit card purchases are disputable and the burden is on the merchant. It is the other way around for debit card purchases. And it goes without saying, always check your statements. What an expensive lesson that we should have already learned. I hope others learn from this!
- Walter replies to BikeGuy6Thanks for your message it helped put two and two together. After ordering from Got Body.com I was charged a monthly fee from your healthy hub company for $29.95 a month for Acai Berries that I never ordered or received. Now I know how they got my info.

- hope it helps| 1 replyRECVD 2 charges from this company 29.95 being the last of the 2 charges according to my bank I needed to call the company first and work it out with them. I called and spoke with several individuals but did not feel too good about revealing my personal info again to get the refund. Apparently I ordered some tri training equipment from got-body.com. I would not utilize this company for internet sales again. Now I will have to change all my personal information and talk to my bank regarding switching all my accounts.
