This just happened to me! They tried to talk me into some challenge to check out the site and then call back to cancel if I wanted.  I am furious!!! I don't know what this is and they are only going to give me $19.95 back.  Who can help us fight this nonesense?!

I was not called, but like so many others, I was charged 29.95 by "hubhealthy" in November and December. I called the number and explained that I had not done business with them. He was very apologetic and told me that I probably did not know that I was signing up for something and I told him he was mistaken. I pushed my case, politely but firmly, and they said they would refund all the charges. I have not recieved the refund yet so I'm going to call them again tomorrow. My point. Its probably a scam and regardless, if you are firm and polite (no cursing or aynthing) they will refund your money. I certainly can't afford to have an extra $60 whisked away from my bank account, can you?

They told me the same things, but I told them I was not interested in checking out their site and told them I did not authorize the charges on my account and eventually he agreed to refund my money. ALL OF IT! At first he wanted to just refund 1 month and I said no! You are going to refund all of the money you took out of my account. I pressed that there are a lot of people out there having the same problem as me and it is known to be somewhat of a fraud. Eventually he relented and agreed to refund it. He was very apologetic about it. He gave me a confirmation number and everything, but I have yet to receive the refund! I am going to call them again tomorrow! Its a scam! Don't give up! They will give in! Be firm and no swearing!
    Good LUCK!

I just called a second time and got a 3 month refund.  Apparently, it was listed 3 times on their site that they were associated with the product I bought.  I am not good at arguing so at least I got 3 months.  Still!! I had to google the one company because it didn't have a number for it.

I was also charged 29.95 in Nov and Dec. I have no idea what this company is or does.  How unfortunate that you cannot purchase anything through the on-line and feel safe.  My credit reporting has been tarnished by these unauthorized transactions.  I was fortunate enough that the credit card company reversed these two payments and the late charges.  Can you believe that???  Late charges to boot.  Now I am on hold to find out what they are going to do about my credit rating at the credit bureaus.

I was a victim of this scam.  I have been fighting with my Credit Card company, finally got full refund today after disputing this for months with them.  Apparently the CC companies are in on the scam.  There is a congressional investigation. I don't believe anyone will get a refund.  I have had 4 charges from HubHealthy on my credit card.  When I called the company they said they could not cancel the charges because they didn't have my name in their system, only my credit card.  Huh!  So I called my credit card company to dispute the charges.  The representative called HubHealthy while I was on hold and interestingly enough the hubhealthy person hung up on the credit card rep.  This is definitely a scam.  I will be contacting the Nevada states attorney, but I certainly do not expect any cooperation from hubhealthy.  And those who were told they would be given a refund should be very skeptical.

There is a charge on my credit card for one month from this number, identified as Hub Healthy.  The charge is 12/30/09 for $29.95.  I notice on the Internet that other customers have never heard of this company either and have identified it as a SCAM.

There appears to be a connection to GotBody, because I ordered some Power Bars from them and then started getting the fradulent charges from Hub Healthy and My Trainer. I am going to stop purchasing stuff from Got Body.

Hub Healthy (aka Fitness Hub, My Trainer, NBS Lookfit Mover) is actually Fitfactory.com. I called my cc company who patched me in for a 3-way conversation with a CSR for Fit Factory. I didn't receive a phone call from them, though. I also got scammed b/c I ordered zone bars from Got Body, which my mom has ordered from for years. I'm about to tell her not to do it anymore and to check her CC statements. I don't understand how this company can stay legal. The CSR was nice enough, but it was all smooth talking. He gave me a confirmation # for the cancellation and a partial refund. He negotiated with me to see how much it would take to shut me up. (Apparently it takes about 80%.) But how can you do that?! They still made money off tricking me in the end and all they had to do for it was a hire a smooth talker.

(Apparently it takes about 80%.) I had to give my information to a company that I was already feeling was untrustworthy. There are so many complaints online about all these names. They are scamming people right and left. I called Got Body also to tell them I would be too scared in the future to purchase from them and they told me they have an agreement that they can give you a full refund. It happens because you have to opt out. That is, you have to UNCHECK a box on your confirmation page. It might be technically legal, but it is shady business. If they are so above board, why do they need 5 names and 5 numbers over 10 months? Got Body must stop doing business with such a deceptive company and I am contacting them to state as much.  The only reason Fit Factory stays in business is by affiliation with health companies like Got Body. Btw, CS for Fit Factory is 866-407-1022.

I ordered some powerbar protein bites and was apparently auto-enrolled in the program and they started charging my card 29.95 for dietcentral.com and 2.97 for costsmashers.com.  This is a total scam.  I never received an e-mail from these companies (even though they said they sent one).  I called 800-530-1134 and had two months worth of charges reversed.  They didn't really argue with me at all.  I would guess they are fearing criminal charges and refunding charges for anyone who calls.  I will be watching my cc statement to make sure that the refunds/credits come through.  Total scam.  I used to purchase from GotBody.com about 2 years ago and never had any problems.  They must have made some deal with this company to put an autochecked box enrolling you in their programs on the payment page.  Total [***] and a scam as far as I am concerned.  I am going to report them to the BBB next.

FYI, this shady company has another website called dietcentral.com which is just a site that refers you to other sites.  Again,  call and get the charges refunded.  I got all of mine refunded.
