I also have not rec'd a call but have had two charges of $29.95 charged to
my credit card, These charges were 10/7 & 11/9/2009.  I wrote them on 11/17/09 but unfortunately the letter somehow was deleted on my computer.
I beleive this company known as "Hub Healthy","My Trainer", "Fit Factory",
"Got Body.com". & "Lifestylefit" is connected when you order "Broma Cleanse" with which I had unauthorized charges of $79.95 & 3.  I filed a
complaint with the Better Business Bureau after unsuccessful trys to con-tact that company.  Through there efforts I rec'd credit for two of the charges, & the case is ongoing for the third.

I contacted my credit card company when I saw this charge on a monthly basis.  I too ordered recently from GotBody (but never again!).  I spoke with a rep, explained the issue and she put me in touch with the fraud department -- they are blocking my account for future charges and issueing me a new account number.

All, I've had the same thing happen to me since running the Chicago Marathon.  For 5 months this company (Hub Healthy and My Trainer) has been taking $29.95 off my credit card.  I finally caught up with them thanks to these postings.  Whatever you do, don't back down when talking to them.  At first they will tell you they can't reimburse you, then they'll tell you they can only reimburse you part, then half, etc...  Make them reimburse you all and then follow up.  They told me they would refund my credit card, they never did!!!  So I followed up again, and finally they've said they will send me a check, so now I wait...  If they don't send me a check, then I will be back on the phone with them.  MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR THEY WILL JUST KEEP DOING THIS!!!

Gotbody.com signs you up for 'free' trial memberships to Diet Central and Cost Smashers when you check out.  You have to uncheck the checkbox that is checked by default in order to NOT get enrolled in the memberships.  Pretty shady buisness tactic.
Call 888-771-4533 or 866-278-5361  They'll give you confirmation # to block any further charges but that's NOT going to get you a refund.  You have to get another confirmation # to authorize a refund.

Unfortunately, everyone signed up for this willingly.  I knew I did immediately after I clicked the 'order now' button on the "free trial" I was interested in.  HOWEVER, knowing what I did I called and canceled as soon as the product arrived.  Yet 1 year later they started charging my credit card AGAIN!  If you have canceled your subscription with these people, or in some way terminated your agreement, keep an eye on your money.  My bank would not stop them from charging my card unless I had a confirmation number from these jokers proving I canceled so I had to report my card lost and ask them not to send a replacement.  What a headache!  Though it was self-induced.

Count me among the scammed. Ordered some powergel and bars from GotBody.com and ever sice have been being charged $29.95 per month for something I didn't even know I ordered. Call Gotbody and they told me that they had a confusing opt-out page that has been changed. I received one credit for $29.95 but still waiting for two more. Contacted the Attorney General of Mass. we'll see what happens. I wish I could be locked in a room for just 5 minutes with whoever is responsible for this.

My wife got suckered in this scam too, did not know that when she did a trial of a product it included this membership to a MyTrainer website, they changed the name to HUBHEALTH now. We were finally able to cancel the product but nobody explained that this we going on and it was a separate company that we need to contact. I called my credit card company and started an investigation about the charge of $29.95 for the last 4 months.  I called 888-771-4533 and got through and was able to cancel the membership and they refunded 2 of the 4 payments and got a confirmation number for each... now we will see what happens. I'm still going after the other 2 payments.

I received a charge of $29.95 Called "Funding*HubHealthy". I went through my credit card company and they connected me to the HubHealthy company.  The company said I was automatically enrolled in their program when I purchased a free trial offer for BromoCleanse.  I returned the Bromocleanse to the company, but HubHealthy said that does not cancel the enrollment in their company.  They said they could cancel my enrollment and I would not get any additional charges.  I insisted that I knew nothing about their company and wanted the charge removed.  I noted that they were listed as a scam on the internet.  He insisted they were a legit company.  I said if they did not refund my money I would go back to my credit card company.  They finally agreed to refund the charge.  Hopefully this will help others.

Just noticed this $29.95 charge for Hub Healthy for Jan.2010. As I went back over my charge card statments I have had this $29.95 charge on my statement since May 2009. I know over a year ago I ordered the free sample of Aci Berri. After I received it I ended up throwing it out. I was being charged each month for this product. I called them and told them to Stop. I guess they started back up and I had not noticed until today. I will be calling them 1-888-771-4533. Then I will cancel my credit card and call the Better Business Bureau.

    scamed again
I saw charges on my bank statement for $29.95 each month with this phone number.  When I called they said this was when I ordered Bromilite last March.  Not only is that a scam but when you put in your credit card you are agreeing to not only having automatic shippments of this product shipped to you but also you are signed up for the FitFactory.com. It must be in very small writing.  Anyway when I canceled the Bromilite auto shipments I was surpose to know that I was to call this number to cancel this service also.  I did get them to cancel this and refund 6 mths of charges however I believe I will follow up.  Both of these are a scam and do not order Bromilite because they will take your money........

Thank you to all who posted Hub Healthy's phone number.  I never received any calls from then but I was charged two month's in a row. I realized I didn't even recognize their name. So I started looking on the web to see if I could find a phone number since the charge on my statement didn't show any.  So I called them.  They transferred me 3 times to various supervisors because I wouldn't give them my bank name or my credit card #.  They finally agreed to refund me the 2 month charges.  I will now report them to the FBI Fraud Separtment.

I've had 2 charges for 29.95, one in Dec and one in Jan.  I called the number and they said that this was part of some package I supposedly agreed to when I ordered bromalite and advanced acai online-- which is supposed to be some wonder weight loss system, which I had canceled in Dec.-- I think the weight loss comes when you can't afford food because they are ripping you off with these "extra" charges.  I'm supposed to get a courtesy refund for the Dec. charge--we'll see.

I also found unauthorized charges on my credit card statement from HubHealthy for the last 3 months and from Fit Trainer before that. All charges were for $29.95 and none were authorized by me. I have no recollection of any phone calls or email where I would have authorized this monthly charge.

I did not call the posted number, instead, I called my credit card company. They have closed my account and will send me new cards. They have credited my account for all of the unauthorized charges, and have opened their own Fraud investigation regarding these companies and their charges.

I would recommend you all do the same. It was very easy on my end. I simply told my credit card company that I did not authorize the charges, and I also told them that I had discovered this site w/similar complaints. It took all of 10 minutes.

I have been charged almost $1,000 by this company over the past year, unauthorized! I just found out now, so I can't even dispute most of it. I disputed other charges from them last year and yet the came back later and continued to charge me when I wasn't looking.

I had been getting charges on my checking account for $19.95. 2 seperate charges.  I had to call and cancel them twice. a few months later I got a charge for hub healthy for $29.95 with no info on how to cancel that one.  Finally this month it showed up as "Lookfitmover" on my bank account.  I looked it up and found a phone number.  When I called I was told it was because I had purchased Broma Cleanse, a colon cleansing supplement off of the interenet.  I bought that 6 months ago!!!!!!! How can they keep doing this.  The number I called was 1-800-530-1134 if anyone else needs it.  Please don't give up.  They are robbing us all blind and all we are trying to do is be healthier people!!!!!
