I have been getting calls from these people non-stop. First on my cell phone and now on my home phone. Not really sure how they got my #. I have caller display and do not answer these calls. Does anyone know if there is anything we can do to stop them???

Keep getting messages left by this company for someone I don't know. Last call was automated, said the call was from Pinnacle. Annoying because there was no way to tell them they had the wrong number without calling them back.

Your lawyer.  Did you get rid of a timeshare?  If so, please help me.  I regret the purchase!

If he is calling you at 9 pm then that it illegal. Keep a record of all the calls!

Received this call at work, it was an answering service stating: You have received an urgent call from Pinicle. Please call 1-888-831-1804.  The number was repeated twice by the operator.  I dialed the number back and the message from bell came across stating the number could not be completed as dialed. I tried it four times.

if they are making threats, rude, multiple calls per one day, before 8am or after 9pm, attempt to make it sound like they are calling from a lawyers office, refuse to identify the NAME of the business, do not verify the identity of the person they are speaking with as the one who OWES the money and then proceeds to discuss ANY identifying information that the call is debt collection, information about the debt, etc.....

These are grounds for filing a complaint with the FTC
Go to  www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre27.pdf  for a brochure on credit collection laws, and how they can be applied. Many collectors use the bullying/terror tactic to get information. It is wrong and often is illegal.
unless people file complaints, and document their conversations, nothing will be done.

His first name is Jack Snow.  Who is a a heartless lonly man.  Who enjoys belittleing others to make himself seem important.

My mother came down with Cancer and could no longer afford to pay her Monarch Time Share. After explaining this to the company we began receiving calls from a "Miss Patterson" From number (888)831-1804 ext. 1185 implying that my mother needed to contact them immediately that it was urgent and would effect her adversely. I asked what the call was regarding and she said she couldn't say. I asked what company she was from and she wouldn't tell me. After calling back three times in a row I had looked up the number online and finally got her to admit to her working for Pinnacle Recovery. She asked if reaching my mother at work was a better option and I told her no because my mother is a nurse and doesn't take personal calls on the job. So she told me she was going to call anyways (why did she ask then?) When I told her that she wasn't at work she retorted that she would keep calling and said "I'll get her." Very rude and disturbing women with no tact or professionalism.

I don't take calls from unidentified callers so they tried to trick me by calling using 215-381-5860 so if you don't want to answer 888-831-1804 then you probably also won't want to answer 215-381-5860.

I had a Brian G call and keep asking for a german shepard i thought it was a prank then saw the 888 number - he would not answe my questions when i asked what he wanted just kept asking for german sheppard. i have no debt they must have gotten a wrong number from someone else. I asked for a supervisor ang got Melissa Methvin. she was also very rude and aggressive she told me i had no right to ask how she was or what company she worked for if i didn't know this person... if there is any way to report this company i want to be on the list... they are RUDE AGGESIVE AND ABUSIVE>

This is a collection agency and if you know anybody with the same last name you have you are liable to get a call from these creeps.  When I called them back to get them to take my number off their list the man I spoke with was just plain ugly.  Don't waste your time calling them, just send a letter to Pinnacle Recovery, 2774 Gateway Rd., Carlsbad, CA 92009 and tell them to quit calling you or be turned into the FCC.

I received a call from this company/number at my place of employment saying that I also owed money on an old timeshare. The gentleman had the wrong address attached to my name and work number. He said he would remove it. I told him that I knew that his company was going around telling people the same thing.

I need to find an agency that I can report this company to.

The people at this number call every three to five minutes for extended periods. Most generally there is no answer if I pick up. On several LC axils they left rude messages from Pinnacle Recovery about collecting a debt - supposedly for a time share owned through Hilton inAwaii. All payments for timeshare have been made! This is total harassment!

got a call last night - first time this one - guess I wont be calling the number back!!! and yes these people are rude and the time share company even worse!!! told them 15 years ago they could repossess the timeshare - who knows how much money they made on reletting it during my "2 weeks"
20 years later still being harassed.

pinnacle received my check 12-10-2011 people i owe money to canceled account with them on 11-21-2011
pinnacle assured me my check would be returned to me at the end of December when i called to find out why it had not cleared my account. On  2-8-2012 they cashed my check and did not credit my account any where. then denied cashing it  bank has different proof...  I could not get a straight answer from any of them now I am on the harrasment list for calling them 7 times in one day. yeah right no accounting program will let you put that check in with out an account number as to where payment is to sent to   This happened today  with many promises that I will have a certified check in the mail  people are rude and will just try and keep talking over you thinking that they are superior oh yeah i was told its all my fault for not putting a stop payment on check  if I had an extra fifty bucks i would not owe people money   it was rebecca that told me it was my fault  and they guy david just out and out lied
