keep getting calls saying we owe Maintenance on time share we do not own.

I have been receiving several calls and a couple of letters from this company for about 1 year now supposedly regarding a time share my ex-husband owned. I had originally called them back several times and asked if they were looking for Jr. or Sr. as my son lives still lives at this address. They asked how old my son was and when I told the woman she said it was senior they were looking for. I explained that he has not lived at this address since 1991 and I've had the same phone number since 1981. She said they would remove this contact info from thei account. Then the next call was from a man and he was unbelievable! He started arguing with me saying that I had signed the papers too. I told him this was not true and I had not seen him for a very long time. He then asked if my 2 children knew where he was and had contact info for him. At this point I told him that he has no business involving us in this matter and to stop calling this number. I told him I would file a complaint with the FCC. The call and letters stopped for a while. Now they started again. After the 2nd call this time, I called the number that was left and spoke to a woman. She kept interrupting as I was trying to tell her that this is not my debt. She just kept talking as I was talking and then said she couldn't help me if I don't listen. I was pretty angry and told her that she is the one that needs to listen...I will file a complaint if they call me again! She just kept talking and at that point, I just hung up.

Like others, called my cell and left a message that it was Pinnacle and they are a debt collector.

I just received a call from pinnacle they were calling me about a timeshare that my ex deceased husband bought in the early 90s the amount they claim didn't make any sense a little over $1,000 if we did owe them it would be a lot more when Ray and I divorced we did not put the timeshare down in writing I never wanted to go there again and I said you use it you keep it you pay for it back in July I purchased a car and financed it that's then I have gotten some odd phone calls which I ignored but this one was much more specific and they knew me they knew my ex was dead. Lala I said I would not discuss it on the phone they had to send me the information in writing of course then I had to give them my full address I'm just going to see what happens but it's certainly nice to read all these other horrible stories about this company I just don't want them to trash my credit rating I have a very good one not that I need to use it but I don't want it trashed everybody keep in touch with me oh and they wanted my email but I refused to give it to them and the other thing that's odd is they called me on my landline number but in everything I do I give people my cell number anyway that's it for now Anne

Received a call from them yesterday. I didn't pick up, but a voicemail was left. She said she was with a collection agency. I deleted the voicemail and did not call back.

A woman called me again, yesterday. She was looking for someone named Tammy. I told her there is no one here by that name, nor has there ever been. I then blocked the number.

Out of area call with Pinnacle Rec in the caller id. Didn't recognize, so I let the answering machine take it. Possible robocall with "This is Paul Gerard calling with Pinnacle. Please contact me or any of our representatives at 888-831-1804", then there was a beep and a few seconds of music, and a woman's recorded voice saying "Thank you! Your place in line has been saved and you will be called back as soon as the next agent is available". They called again a few minutes later and I disconnected the call before the answering machine could take it. No further calls the rest of the day, but if they keep trying, I'm going to block them.
