Got a call from a woman.  All I heard was music or noise in the background.  I called the number back to see who owned the number. I asked who they were and I thought she said Pennacle or something.  I then told her I was not who she was looking for and said I was in Florida.  My number is a Georgia number, but she said she knew I was in Florida.  I asked how she knew and she started getting ugly.  I told her I was going to report her and she kept saying " call the phone police, call the phone police. I hung up on her.

Just got a call from this number but didn't answer and am glad I didn't after reading all the posts.  My voicemail recorded a message from a voice recording... "Please call us back at 1-888-831-1844 once again that number is 1-888-831-1844".

This number calls me daily now and after reading these posts I ignore it every time and they leave a voicemail.  How do I make them stop calling?!

These calls have been going on for years.   I.ve told them I live on social security alone but they insist I have a credit card I can put it on.  That information has to be at least 10 years old.  The man I spoke with, Danny,  refused to give me an address.  After over a dozen requests I just hung up on him.

Probably also over the statue of limitations for your state! You can look that up online for your state.

Be very careful, a lot of these so called debt collectors are nothing but a scam and extortion grab.

The law is very clear.. Has he provided proof in writing via us mail?  If not, demand it! If he won't go there, its a scam and should be reported!  Probably should anyway if its past statues of limitations and all those calls are harassment if you have told him not to call back and breaking FDCPA and TCPA laws!

Got a message saying to call them &when I did I got a Mr. Allen Miller. I asked who he was he said hold on & put me through to someone who kept asking "How are you doing today?" I asked him to tell me what it was about & he was rude, & told me I had 16,000 in debt in a timeshare. from Star island mgmt I told him I never owned a timeshare & he asked if I had a husband named Freddie?:!? I asked to speak to a mgr & he said your talking to him.  Then he said I shoud check my credit report.  I am.

I have recieved a whole bunch of automated calls from this number about "my timeshare obligation". I have never owned a timeshare in my life, so I knew that this was nonsense. I'm in my twenties.... time shares are purchased mainly by people that are middle aged (45 is average I think), made me laugh the first time, but its getting annoying now. The automated messages have changed slightly over time at first it said something about money I owe on the timeshare, now it just says "obligations". Obligations to pay a bill lol.

I owe them thousands for a timeshare?? What fool would co-own property with strangers? Never even considered it. This is just a scammer fishing for fools. Reported to the FTC.

Robocall from a company identifying itself as Pinnacle Recovery, trying to collect on what it said was a timeshare obligation.  But we have no timeshare obligation.  Appeared fraudulent.

They have called me nearly every day on the home phone for the past week or two, most times going to my voice mail. Different times of the day, but usually in the afternoon. Different messages, but always with a women's smooth voice interjected with the accent lady saying my name at various times. Pinnacle Recovery, collecting a debt on behalf of their client WYN602 (?), call back number 888-831-1804. One time answered by my 13 yo, who told him I wasn't home. Got me in person once, and when I pressed #2 to be removed from the calling list, I got the extremely rude lady with the accent who I eventually hung up on. I thought that would be the end of it, but came home today to another message.
Sure wish they could be busted.
