Guy from India? Indian accent. Trying to get access to my computer. Called at 9 pm. Told him I'm not stupid and not falling for his scam. Kept it up until I just started whistling extremely loud like calling the dog. He finally hung up.

A scammer from India. A woman who barely spoke English saying that was a rep from Microsoft. Called very late at night.

They called at 9:45 pm.  Don't usually answer if I don't know number,  When I find out that a particular # is from "Microsoft" I answer   "Microsoft service, how can I help you".  They usually hang up

At least 2 calls a day from 800 Service.  I am fed up with this.

I got a call from this number as soon as I know that it's scam then I hangup, But later he called from number 3072799763 multiple times. Then I switch off the phone...

I got a call that my computer was hacked. I fell for this scam once and I knew it was a scam. I ask him how he knew my computer was hacked. He told me they had the number of my computer. I asked him for the number and he gave me a number. then he gave me a name to type in on my computer. I pretend I was doing it as I asked him all crazy questions. Then he hung up. I always check this site when I  get these calls.

Called when we were away.  Googled the number and found out it was a foreign speaking person claiming to be from Windows.  Just tell them that you don't have Windows, you have an Apple computer.  Shuts them right up.  Apples don't usually get viruses.  Second solution is to purchase a call blocking device.  I have one made by Panasonic and it is capable of blocking 250 numbers.

Got a call at 7:19am- these people are creeps!

Caller, with a very thick East Indian accent, claimed to be phoning from the Windows Technical Dept, and that he wanted to fix a hack on our PC. When I told him we only had Mac's, he hung up; I have since blocked the number.

Called said he was David calling about Microsoft computer.  I hung up on him.

I got a call like this at 1107pm.... i know the scam... and kept them on the phone, playing dumb and acting slowly, to keep them FROM CALLING THE NEXT PERSON.......   "lucy" was Indian in England..... hard to understand.... said it was urgent and wouldn't give me a call back. I pretended to be tired.. can I call tomorrow.. real urgent........

did you know she was Indian in England?  Couldn't she have been Indian in India?
