- Caller: MET LIFE
- jeanI do not pick up unless a company name is shown and I am waiting for the call. This call went to answering machine and immediately disconnected. If it is indeed a Met Life survey, I wish I could tell them how I feel about their rotten customer service. Never return calls, rude employees, and they are not a 24-7 company like auto ins should be.
- DaveRepeated calls. We have Caller I.D. and if it does not identify, we let it go to Answering machine to which they never leave a message, I am peresently talking to Met life on a policy my mother bought in 1940. They have been totally responsive. Thier Customer service is not this 888 number. It must be a scabber who does finder fee calling.
- Caller: Unidentified
- SaraMetlife keeps screwing up my dental insurance; (my friends have a similar problem. Metlife doesn't want to believe they're the primary, and the secondary is secondary. Go figure.) so when I have to call the customer service line, it takes several minutes to reach a real human. (This is by design, btw!) So as soon as I'm done talking, I get a robocall survey that is designed to make them sound good. CRAP CRAP CRAP.

- PashaWell, if it is MetLife, as others have indicated, I wonder why the calling number is not identified coming from MetLife. I never answer calls from callers that are not in my contact list (I do have MetLife in my contact list, but not as this number), so I did not answer and as there was no message left, this number gets blocked!
- Caller: Maybe MetLife
- Call type: Silent call
- ddoriejI called MetLife re my insurance, but was on hold so long I hung up. Then twice in one day I received two calls within 1/2 hr. Both caller IDs said "Toll Free Call" and "MetLife Survey". I didn't return the call.

- CT ResidentThis is Met-Life Insurance. I just called to ask about my policy’s value. My rep sounded like she was in India, but answered my questions. Not 5 min after I hung up, the phone rang with “(888) 865-9464 Toll-Free Call” displayed on Caller ID. I assume it was a satisfaction survey, but didn’t answer. Reps should alert you that you may get one of these if they want responses.

What legit company or outfit--whose business it is to make nuisance calls--wants to live with that label? - dragon1952I received this survey call just now (a few hours after calling MetLife for policy info.)...WHY DON'T THEY JUST PUT THEIR NAME ON THE CALLER ID??? If it is a legitimate survey from your insurance company, why hide your name???
