It's a customer service survey after you have dealt with one of their reps on the phone. I let it go to voicemail and got a recorded message but then couldn't participate in the survey. No loss!

The # is for MetLife.  It is an automated customer satisfaction survey.

Called to check on a policy held by my mother. Said wait time 5-10 mins. I hung up. They called back. Lft no msg. I called back. Got voice mail. Playing tag with [***].

I got it too.  They were calling to get a survey on how much I would recommend Met Life.  I just finished speaking with their helpdesk overseas.  They were pretty helpful except cheap wiring could hardly hear the gal.

Do you often look up known phone numbers? And why are you replying to someone who posted 5 years ago anyway?

Keep leaving a recorded message saying "we will call you back at a later time".

Our Landline's attached device, a "CPR V10000 Call Blocker" (Whitelist Mode), silently BLOCKS these unwanted nuisense callers.
Various info sources reveal this Caller as: "UNLISTED", "SPAM - Telemarketer - Robo Call".
(There is a separate Caller ID display panel device connected to our Landline, ahead of the Call Blocker device)

brief message to 'call me back later'. likely survey from call to MeT Life

Called Met life, got AI robot, who processed my payment. Finished, hung up, and within 2 minutes I got a call from this number for survey of my robotic experience. Blocked it, deleted generic voice mail of "Sorry we missed you, will call back" SMH, even their robots leave messages.

Rec'd call at 8:08 AM PST. 6 second recorded message left "sorry we missed you, we'll call again later."
Answered phone from this number at 10:20 - automated message from Met Life wanting me to take a survey. Hung up.

They VM says "Sorry you missed our call. We will call you again later". They do not identify themselves as Met Life, who I spoke with earlier that day but on a different # regarding my pension. I tried to call the unknown # back, but could not get thru. Therefore, I saved the # to my contacts as Met Life Survey-Do Not Answer.

It's Met Life calling with a follow up survey after you speak with their customer service department. It's a valid call.

I received a call and voicemail stating it was a survey from MetLife. NOT! I was on the phone W/MetLife when I recd this vmail, BLOCK NUMBER!

I can (probably) verify that.  I just talked with a MetLife rep, and within 5 minutes received a call from this number.  If they would identify that they are MetLife, I would have answered it. As is was, my phone flagged it as a spam risk.

I received a letter from them, called the number on the letter, because I had questions, she asked for my  name & telephone number, at the time I thought it was legitimate and now at 8pm, I am starting to get calls from them.  Didn’t pickup the phone.  Calling at 8pm it is definitely a robocall.  I wish I would have never called them now.
