JUST LEFT MESSAGE AND A PHONE NUMBER.  CALLED THE NUMBER BACK AND THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD.  OUR OFFICE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE THEM NOT CALL OUR OFFICE. THEY NEVER COME ON THE PHONE, YOU ARE ON HOLD FOREVER, I HELD ONE DAY FOR 30 MINUTES.  IF THERE CALL IS SO IMPORTANT YOU WOULD THINK THAT THEY WOULD HAVE MORE REPRESENTATIVES TO ANSWER THE CALLERS.

Apparently a collection agency. Leaves automated messages at our main number and call-backs result in a "mail-box full" message. Scam?

A recoreded message says to call this number regarding a delinquent lease payment.  We did not return the call as we are a professional establishment and do not accept telephone solicitation or calls from unknowns.

Received 2 messages today from this number....no idea why they are calling us....said something about delinquent lease payments and the need to call or check online at some .com address that was mumbled so much we couldn't understand it.  Tried the number after hours to see if I could find out who they are...recording said something like "text age" or "tech stage" collection agency...again hard to understand....since we have no leases, it's some kind of scam or other misleading annoyance.  I am not calling them....especially after reading the other messages about this number.  How can we stop this kind of thing????

Same as above....We are a company and I am sure that some employee somewhere down the line listed us as their employer and listed our number.

We have experienced all of the same as above for this whole week.Saying to Call 1-888-871-2792 and go to QSD.com, and I really hope it does not continue for it is taking too much time to answer these recording calls over real calls for our company.

At least this is what we have determined both by looking at the website and listening closely to the automated call (which has since been calling with a live human being now.)They do this to alert you, then when they REALLY won't get your replies, they have a live CS agent to contact you and tell you they'll take your rented equipment.

If you are renting a piece of office equipment (like a $6,000 fax/copier/printer in our office) you best still check it out. That might be the reason they're calling.

Have been put on "hold" by whomever this is numerous times, but I refuse to hold for an automated message.  My time is valuable too.  No idea who "Leasing Services" is.  Today they finally left a message and a number.  When I called, it asked for my 13-digit account number.  Since I have no idea who this is, I have no idea what account number to provide.  The message says they are calling about a past due bill, but for what??  We have only 1 leased item in our office, and they are not the lessor.  Something needs to be done about this!!  After reading the other comments, it appears something should have already been done!  Ridiculous!

It's not a scam, just bad customer service...

This # is from a collections company that represents several leaing companies, including but not limited to CIT. We have received calls from them numerous times in the past and it is extremely vague who they represent on their automated messages.

If you call and are patient enough to speak with someone you will be able to get an invoice number for which they are calling by providing the phone number they called, instead of the 13 digit code they initially ask for.

On the most recent message I returned the call personally and the representative I spoke with said he couldn't figure out why we received a call because our account was up to date.

In the end, it's just another company w/ terrible customer service policies and procedures!

Agree with above comments (Keith).  It is a legitimate company, with really bad customer service.  Don't understand why they don't identify the name of the lessor when they leave a message.  If they're going to have a robot call, they need to upgrade their equipment to include the lessor name.

We also received this call, with no reference to what account they are calling in reference too.

We got a call stating to return a call from this number also.  When you call back to get more info it answers "key in your 13 digit account number".

Received a automated message regarding a past due lease payment.  We do not have a lease with anyone.  Please beware, this is a scam.

Received a automated message saying our lease payment was past due to please call 888-871-2792 to make a payment A.S.A.P. to avoid further collection action.  We do not have a lease with anyone.  Please beware, this is a scam.

I have been getting these calls at work for the past couple months. I finally called the number back today. It does ask for a 13 digit account number, although, if you enter any numbers, as long as there are 13. Someone answers right away. I will let you know what my findings are.

Got the same message.  Sounds like fraud!

Caller from 888-871-2792 claims to be from "Leasing Services".  They mention a website of QDSontheweb.com.  Have no idea who these people are but they sure are persistent.  No one ever answers the phone on this number if you do try to call them back.  This has to be a scam.

Got the same call several times, called back and was on hold forever.  I wish they would stop calling. I want to see them get fined for doing this.
