CHANGE OF ADDRESS

This call is so annoying.  I get two calls in a row every day for about 10 days (the last week of the month and the beginning of the the first week of the month), telling me it is for my delinquent account when in fact we are current.  We have a Canon copier that we lease.  They tell me to check my account on qdsontheweb.com.  How do we stop this?

I get the calls from CIT/ QDS daily  They are phishing for information.  they say my phone number was on a lease for a company i've never heard of in a different state and for cannon copier that we dont have. Now they give me a name of someone else who is in  my comapany and say this person is in finance, they dont know our address but they keep asking for it and names so they can send us bogus invoices. Dont talk to them  dont give them information.

This company is a GRADE A scam

Have not received payment on our account.

I also was receiving these calls at the office - finally just started entering numbers and then the zip code - none of which matched up (per automated voice) finally connected to a HUMAN then found out it was for CIT Technologies for a Panasonic Copier/fax/scanner/printer we have.
guess it is legit.

Anthony - just stating for us to return call to 888-871-2792 - DOES NOT state what company/agency he is with.  Cannot get a HUMAN when you call back.  Calls a few times a day - VERY ANNOYING - don't have time for these calls.

This is a skilled nursing facility.  When we receive a call from this number, the call continues on the line even though we have hung up.  This ties up a line that may be needed for a medical emergency.

Employees are not to receive personal calls.  I have tried to call this number to inform them they were not to call here again, but I was unable to get through to a person since I didn't have an account number or a reference number.

I got a recorded message telling me that my "lease" was not current and to call the number above.

What a horrible system Konica Minolta is using to collect past due bills.  As it turns out we were past due because we didnt get a bill.  But this method they use where it's a recording and they dont tell you what it is about. Then when you call you are expected to give them an account number.  They tell you to go to the website qdsontheweb.com whcih is the same problems as they ask for an account number.  So I put in a made up number over the phone and eventually got to a person.  The only way he could help was if i gave him my phone number. I started yelling at the guy as to their horrific system and he hung on me. (i suppose i deserved it because I went off on him).  Then I called back and acted nicely with a young lady.  She then transferred me to Konica Minolta and then it was a normal collection issue.  I think Konica Minolta is going to lose business over this nasty collection method they are using.

I called and had no idea what company I was speaking to. Then I enetered my zip code and requested an invoice. The invoice was from Graybar Financial, the leasing company for our companies telephones.

WE KEEP GETTING THIS AUTOMATED CALL AND WHEN YOU CALL THE OPTIONS ARE 1 AND 2 AND IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE INFORMATION, IT JUST CUTS YOU OFF.  WE DO NOT HAVE ANY OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS.

they call me too at my company.  one of the strange things is when they call the phone does not ring all of a sudden i have a voice mail message.  i am not sure if this company is a scam or not but we dont lease office equipment.

Call comes repeatedly.  We have no account with them and do not know who they are.

calls almost daily claiming an invoice is past due.

LASTLY, YOUR STATEMENT GIVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE # TO CALL.. THIS IS A JACK ASS JOKE.. YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. NO WONDER YOU ARE IN BANKRUPTSY AND NEED HELP..

WHEN I DO GO THROUGH YOUR MAZE OF TELEPHONE INFORMATION YOU TELL ME MY ACCT. BALANCE IS 300 + DOLLARS AND MY STATEMENT SHOWS 426.72.. PLEASE GIVE ME WHY THE DIFFERENCE.

This number keeps calling but no live information.  Can't return the call.  Harrassing phone call each day.

Please stop calling this a company and we have no lease with anyone

We rec'd a couple of calls this past week for the first time since we have had our lease for about two years for a Konica Minolta MFP. Our lease payment is not payable to Konica Minolta. Our lease payment is set up on automatic pay. However, the message left for us did not give the name of the payee of the lease or mention Konica Minolta. We thought it was a scam. As soon as I had an opportunity I went to the website given on the phone and it turned out to be this website. You are right what a horrible way to follow-up on late payments. It must be a blanket system as we are set up on automatic pay. What a poor business practice on their part. I would give a second thought on entering into another lease with them after this. Another thought is it was my understanding that their company has been involved in a merger with another company perhaps this is a disgruntled employee with records. Which isn't good as it very well may be a scam. Thanks for the heads up ...

I leased a konica minolta bizhub and since they switched to qds to get the lease payments I've had nothing but trouble. the qds website is the worst I've ever dealt with and I pay all bills online. It repeatedly locks me out for " too many log in attempts" when it's my first login. then it gives me an error to call customer service to get unlocked - but gives no number. when I call the customer service number on my bill, all I get is an answering system that tells me to leave a message. they never call me back. I've tried emailing them and they never respond. I think it's a scam that gets you to pay by phone - which it would allow me to do - but there's a fee for phone pay. no fee for online pay but you can't log on and they won't unlock you. I will never lease with konica minolta again if I have to deal with this qds company.

Company is calling for payment status on the lease of our copiers/scanners.
