- Deborah GermanaGot this call as an auto call -- saying there was a leasing agreement payment that was past due. I didn't recognize the company. They just said Leasing Services.
The auto-message was to call this number (above) or to log onto their website.- Caller: QDSontheweb.com

- SRWe don't know who these folks are. They've been calling our work number. The last time a web address was left in the VM. It's www.qdsontheweb.com. Check it out, the first page asks you to log in with a User name? How the heck do I know what that is...they're some company called Quality Digital Solutions...with no indication of what they do...just ignore.

- CherI also have recieved countless calls from this number at my work. It needs to be reported. I am an admin/recep/project assistant. I have no time for this nonsense. Like everyone said it took me forever to get through to a person and when i did they transfered me to a number that (get this) rang for 20 minutes with no answer. It is a scam and they need to be reported to someone who can arrest them. I am furious. It is a complete waste of everyones time.
- Vivian MaI do not lease any equipment from any company. Stop calling.

- AprilWe get a call from 1-888-871-2792 at least once a month. The annoying thing is they draft our account for the lease payment so if they are unhappy about the payment process they should have more than a random answering service requesting and invoice number which we don't have or a 13# account number which again I don't have. They direct me to www.QDSonthe web which is just about as annoying a site as the call. I wish there was some BBB to turn them into for harassment.
For now I am researching ways to block their calls. Oh and putting in the 10 digit phone number didn’t work.- Caller: QDS

- AndreaI am the Purchasing Agent for a large private university, medical school, and hospital (20,000 plus employees). I handle office automation which includes faxes, copiers, and scanners. We have thousands and thousands of copier leases. I have spent more time trying to resolve a dozen leases with this company than I have with vendors who have 500+ copiers on campus. This company is on our black list. In the future, if I get a purchase reqisition for a piece of equipment that is to be financed and/or has already been delivered and is being financed by CIT, I'm going to cancel it, let the company know that only Procurement is authorized to sign leases & have the dealer take back the equipment. I've been trying to get our accounts resolved with them for over two years now. I agree with just about everything that I've read here. I get annoying calls which do not reference any particular lease or contract number. Every single payment is misapplied. They apply late charges to every invoice for no reason that I'm able to determine. This company is so inept that it's a wonder that they are even still operating.

- Never Konica-Minolta againWe finally put our Konica-Minolta copiers in storage, 8 months before the end of the lease. We have had nothing but problems with CIT (QDSontheweb) billing errors. You call and customer service tells you one thing, then you ask to speak to someone else, and are told something different. We have not been able to rectify a billing mistake they made 3½ years ago when they took over. We are paying the last 8 months lease on the two machines in storage as well as our new Sharp copiers, which we leased to get away from KM & CIT. CIT is the most inept company I have ever dealt with in over 30 years. That makes Konica-Minolta just as stupid for contracting with them.

- JaniceI also received automated calls (2 calls, one of them today) saying a lease payment was overdue, no company name, no account info or invoice info given, just the 888 number or go to qdsontheweb. Called 888-871-2792 & was only given 2 options, either contract number or invoice number. Since I didn't know what this was regarding I didn't get far. There is no option for a live person. I tried entering any 13 digit number but the system wouldn't accept it (automated response). Also logged on to qdsontheweb, which didn't show any company name, contract info, nor did it show any invoice info - zip, zilch, nada.
After finding this blog, I started calling Konica Minolta. After calling 4 numbers I finally got a person who helped me identify that it is actually relating to an invoice issued by CIT Technology, who handles the lease billings for Konica Minolta. After 2 more transfers, I finally got a department who was able to tell me that payment had been received & the account was current. Payment was posted yesterday.
I confess that I vented a bit on the last person, but after reading some of the entries here I don't expect any changes.
What kind of idiotic system is this? I'm so frustrated right now I'd like to dock their next invoice for the aggravation factor!- Caller: QDSontheweb

- Terri replies to LindseyThis is fraudulent indeed, the contact information you provided is on the fake invoices that QDS sends out. We did the research and its all false. BTW the address for filing bankruptcy is a leasing office for suite available in Florida.
- Alexandrathis company sucks! theyd dont know how to trear their costumers
we all having the same issue! - 888-871-2792Recorded message claiming you are past due on a lease payment and leaves a call back number. when you call the number to find out what the F*&k they are talking about, you need an account or invoice number - if you don't enter one, it disconnects!!

- Not in DebtOver the last several months we have received numerous calls from QDS. Today was the first time we were able to speak with a person. After checking our phone number we were told that over 40 different items were leased to us in several different locations. We have ONE location and have a maintanence agreement with a local company on ONE copier. You would think a company would call in person to collect if a company never responded to an automated call.

- gem1We lease a BizHub from Konica Minolta and the billing comes from QDSontheweb.com. I don't think it is a scam in the general sense of the word, but they are truly the most incompetent and poorly run company I have ever dealt with. We have gotten behind on a payment a couple of times and the collection calls come from "Leasing Services". They dial your number hourly. In my opinion QDS must be an outsourcing group that provides account management to corporations who deal with a lot of leases. QDS supposedly keeps the billing records, sends invoices and makes collection calls. They are scrambled brain idiots who are sorely equipped to manage anyone's billing and collection activity either technically or intellectually. Their web site is the worst, in fact it doesn't ever work. Trying to manage your account online with QDS is as pleasant as having your eyes burnt out with a hot poker. Absolutely CANNOT access your account or pay online and each time you try there is a different reason why you cannot get into your account. My latest message was "Your username and password has expired due to lack of access to your account." Oh, really?? I wouldn't have quessed that I hadn't been able to access my account!

- notyvonneWe've had numerous calls regarding the overdue payment on our "leased equipment"; the call today originated from 904-620-7600, but all trails lead back to qdsontheweb.
Imagine how delighted I was to learn that Yvonne had signed leases for 11 copiers for our small doctor's office - a solo practice. That would be 2 copiers for every person who works in the office, including the doctor. Now I just need to find out where my two copiers are. And if anyone knows who the very generous Yvonne is, please thank her for us. The individual who called also referred to the practice by a fictitious name, one we have never heard of.
I strongly recommend that no one - ever- provide these callers with any information about the office, bank or cc information, alternate phone numbers, equipment you have in your office, name of the cleaning service you use or the brand chewing gum you prefer. Tell them nothing. We discovered that they they quickly do some googling and amending so their "data" matches what you tell them.
Fact: we have NO leased equipment. The next time these parasites call the office, I'm going to tell them to call our satellite location -in the State Attorney General's office.- Caller: QDS

- CGLHDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO FINANCE A LEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The only number on the bill seems to be fully automated. The only way to speak to someone is when they call to collect on the money we don't owe them. Even then I thought problem was resolved and I still keep getting bills.
My office leased a copier with a local company that provided CIT for lease finance.
The lease has BEEN up, the third party company that they used for used equipment has PICKED UP EQUIPMENT already. However I am still getting bills each month.
I was able to finally get a number that dealers use and got transferred to a live customer service rep.
This was very aggravating and was after much frustration- however the number that finally worked was (1) 877-800-5347. I hope this saves someone half the aggravation and frustration I had.- Caller: CIT
