Received a bill from QDS but have no idea what it is for.  Can not get a human on the phone and the wed site is useless.

Most ridiculous company I have ever dealt with!!!! We requested a buy out quote for our copier - once past the automated system you get a voice mail box that states all calls will be returned within 24-48 hrs!!! Hahaha good luck - I have been waiting 2 weeks!!!  I called again today and now that same mailbox states "We're sorry, this mailbox does not have enough space to leave a message. Goodbye" Go figure huh!   Wonder if I would get a human if I stop paying their bill...................

there is NO customer service!   Someone in their new lease dept just gave me this tip - call 888-248-2792 xt 1003 and to bypass the automated system enter the contract number but do not enter the zip code - just hit the # sign 3 times and supposedly you get a real human being! I am trying it now

OK someone gave me this tip so I am sharing - it works
To contact QDS (aka CIT) call 888-248-2792 (extension 1003) when prompted to enter your contract number, enter it, but when prompted for the zip cde DO NOT ENTER THE ZIP CODE just hit the # sign three times, you may get put on hold for a little while but I only had to hold for 5 minutes before getting a HUMAN to speak to.  We wanted  a quote to buy out our contract and I have tried the number on the bill many times and never get a response and can never get a human, but this number (above) actually works!  Good luck

And the Fraud continues..... Our office gets numerous phone calls a day from this number.  They have a fraudulent website with a telephone number to contact that belongs to a pharmaceutical company that has been trying to get the Federal Commission to investigate but no luck.  Stay away!

this makes sense, since we also have a lease with Konica. Why no answer / response? Seems like a phony call.

    Prefer not to provide
QDSONTHEWEB.COM is CIT Financial.  They are a commercial leasing and loan company.  They do many copier leases under many different private label names (Konica Minolta, Ricoh, etc.).   They won't tell you their actual company name because they have program agreements with the equipment providers.

We have been getting automated calls saying the call is because there is an overdue bill (none of our bills are overdue).  The voice instructs you to press zero to talk to an operator, but you are placed on hold for too long.  Or, you can call an 800 number (800-, or you can go to www.Qdsontheweb.com.  When I went to look this up online, I saw complaints online about these calls being fraudulent.  Some people thought it might be legitimate, and that they are in connection with a rented copy machine, but we are not past due on our copy machine bill.  It's quite obviously a scam.  Somehow these scammers are getting a list of the names of companies that have rented copiers, and then some of those companies think the call they are receiving is legitimate since the callers have a little bit of accurate information.

Call over and over, day after day- ROBO call- doesn't say name of company or that it is regarding any sort of payment, just "leasing services" and leaves an alternate 888 number to call for follow up.  Same deal when I call the other number hoping to get on a do-not-call-list.. No company name on the automated system (when it picks up), a menu with 2 options (enter your contract number or invoice number- which obviously I don't have since I don't even know who I'm calling) and no option to speak with a representative.  But they are certain to ask you to complete their survey when your call is done.  I invented an invoice number and was placed on hold followed by a recorded message that they are experiencing long wait times.  Please continue to hold or try again later.  Yeah, I'll get right on that!! Ha!

I answered my company phone in the usual fashion. *Silience* "Hello?" Robotic voice: "Hello. This is Leasing Services. Please call us back at...". Really? A call telling me to call them.

Message sounds like a scam as generic message identifies as 'Leasing Services'.   Saw in another post, someone from CIT Services identified the source of these calls.  Our organization uses CIT services, but message catches one off guard to exact number to call back.   TERRIBLE CUSTOMER service that the message does not enable recipient to replay message at a bare minimum.  My prior calls to CIT customer services direct was terrible as well.
