I keep getting these calls every day 4 times a day looking for someone I don’t know. I’ve asked them to stop but they have refused. Finally this morning when they called I turned my phone on airplane mode to make it appear as if my phone number is no longer in order. They haven’t called back which is surprising. They have normally called me again by now.

That would have been easily solved as blocking is not the answer.

As you perfectly well know the list has nothing to do with debt collection calls. That was clearly explained to you on the sign up page.

Spam I assume. Unaware of any unpaid debt like in comments. No message left. Called both numbers. Both the same guy called each time. Same type of intonation. Same electronic pre recorded background noise. He / It hung up.

They are debt collector they keep calling me about a debt from my deceased father from 2016 he died in 2009. She was rude named Nanette said from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Same here. Calling for my daughter repeatedly.  I told them this is not her number.  I can't make her call because she has no phone.  Still calling me.

Calls every morning at 8:00. Says it is a personal business matter regarding my late father. They won’t elaborate but it is really annoying and it’s illegal to call that early every morning. I want this nonsense to stop! I am on the do not call list but obviously it doesn’t work because debt collectors and scam artists still call and reporting it does absolutely no good. I have blocked this number and they still call! I can’t even tell them to stop calling!

Block the number, it's worth a shot. Won't save you from ALL the calls, but blocking is a good tool if you have persistent callers that use the same number each time.

I have to wonder why you didn't avail yourself of the numerous solutions that were posted in this thread?  Calls from debt collectors can be legally made from 8 am to 9 pm your time so no the calls are not illegal.  Being on the "do not call list" does not prevent calls from debt collectors and you perfectly well know that or should perfectly well know that.  Everything else that you need to know was already posted.  Maybe you should learn to read?

This is a collection agency that is harassing people. They call me, a male claiming I owe a women’s clinic.

I received a call from this number which was flagged as a potential scam and the callers name came up as Gabrielle M Barnard. The phone number earth on Google identifies the phone number as Transworld Systems, but if that is correct, why didn't the company name show up instead of the name of an individual points to the call being spoofed and not from the company.
I did not answer the call, they left no voice message, this was the first call I received from the number and I have no debt issues.

What it actually points to is that your phone carrier did not put the correct CNAM information in as that who supplies that and not the caller.  I bet that if you called that 888 number back you would get that company.  Plus who has a toll free number as their personal phone number?
