    Anger
They called 9 times today, they called my wife who is not even on the  bill. I called the number back and it was automated and I entered my account info and got to the point for their calls which I knew about, then they said they were closed and couldn't help me.  How does that make since, I tried to call back and they won't answer, Irony!  I finally answered when I got home and told them the payment was sent 3 days late and I apoligized.  The girl was incoherient and wasn't listening to what I was saying and she asked when I was going to make a payment.  I then said "I just told you I already did."  her response, "Oh."  I also told her not to call 9 times a day that it's a bit excessive and try leaving a message and someone might call back.

Communication is the key to life!

I know what you mean - I have two vehicles with them and when things got tough and I was forced to pay one a little late they threated to repo both of my vehicles even though I was only late on one of the vehicles.  Then someone from Wells Fargo called to have our house refinaced through them and I said they were crazy if they thought I would be stuck putting up with them for 20 or more years.  Stay Away From WELLS FARGO!

Has anyone been successful with removing your number from their "auto dialer"? I don't even have an account with them... never have. After trying to look up my number (which they obviously have somewhere), getting passed back and forth and BS'd left and right has gotten me nowhere. Help!

You must call this number as soon as possible. 888-932-3011.  Again you must call this number as soon as possible.

This came on a Saturday at 7:31 p.m.  I thought that there was a law that does not allow these kind of harassing phone calls outside of the business week.

I have a car loan thru Wells Fargo. My payment was due on the 15th. today is the 18th. They have already called me 5 times today and it's only 10 am! Everytime I answer, I'm Put on hold for a long time then I hang up. They call and call but never leave a message and that's why they can continue to call as many times a day as they wish. F these A holes!

Wells Fargo Auto is the worst and like many others I will never use them again!!! I am trying to figure out if there is a way to sue them for harassment and try to get a class action law suit going.

This is Wells Fargo. They call 5-10 times a day, even if you're ONE stinking day late making a payment. Oh, and they never leave messages. I do have an auto loan with them (which I will never do again!). I'm seldom late making my payment, and I'm NEVER later than the allowed grace period. So WHY are they calling me non-stop?!?! I've gotten to the point that when I see their number on my caller ID, I just pick up the phone receiver and then immediately hang it back up. I will never do business with them again!

My car payment was made on time for more than the scheduled payment.  The new on-line payment system they have posted the entire payment to pricipal rather than the amount over the regular payment.  Consequently, my due date wasn't advanced and my account showed past due.  My payment was due on the 7th and they called me on the 8th, leaving a generic message "You must call".  I didn't call right away because I knew my payment had been made.  When I did call they said the payment was for the previous month.  They obviously don't know what they're doing.  If the on-line system isn't working properly they shouldn't have made it operational. The kicker is, they knew they were having issues with the system but didn't bother to investigate.

    Sick of it quick
I did get a loan from these people a little over a year ago and have made all payments on time or early. This time my boss couldn't pay me what he owes me so I was going to be a few days late, so I stopped by the Wellsfarge office where I got the loan to ask about a grace period and they said yes I have a 10 day grace period. I thought I was fine. My payent is due on the 23rd so I couldn't make it until the 28th early in the morning I starting getting calls on the 25th and am still getting them in the late pm of the 28th after paying them. I'm going to get a second mortgage next month from a reputable mortgage company and pay these idiots off, along with GE moneybank, which is another nightmare all together. I don't want to get anymore agrevated than I am.

    Tired of stupid calls!
These people from Wells fargo car financing are calling day and night to my husbands cell phone, and asking for someone he doesn't even know.  He has asked them NUMEROUS times to stop calling, yet they persist.  They leave automated messages, and you can't get through to a live person.  It's ridiculous! It's without a doubt, pure harrassment.

I have Wells Fargo for my auto and they don't sart bothering me until after the 10 day grace period then they start calling about.  I even recently had them waive a months payment as a courtesy though did add one more month to the loan.  I am however questioning on keeping my checking account with them.  I have never in my life had overdraft issues until recently when they decided to hold back some small charges from the web site making me think I had more money than I though and wham theyput them through when little to money was in there.  This is making me reconsider using them on the checking account.

Wells Fargo Financial. Called me 11 times from 11 different phone #s today, becuz my car payment is 3 days past due. I'm not joking about the # of times or different phone #s. IMO - they are terrible company, don't do business with them, it's ridiculous the # of times they call and their employees are rude.  My son drives the car that is financed with WF.  Try Ford Credit instead. My car is with them, and they are nice to deal with, and flexible. (no, I didn't make that up just to promote ford, it's honest truth)

These people are a natural pain.  I'm retired and my pay comes on different days of the month, that day being the 3rd of each month.  I've ask for them to change my payment dates to reflect the third week of the month.  This request for date due change has not been done.  These people do not respect their customer, as the do whatever thy want.  The calls keep coming 5 to 6 times a day, all day long and up into evening.  I will never use them for anything again.  PS, just closed charge account with them.

    These people are ridiculous! 5-10 times a day!It's a matter of principal now; how can a company treat their customers this way? It's interesting though; this is not WF directly, rather a subcontractor that handles collection calls for them. The collection agency must make a percentage based on baseline savings. So here's what I did and they stopped calling;
I told them that I was going to make payment on a specific date, the last day of the grace period. The representative asked me to post date an electronic check for that date. I told her that I preferred to pay at one  of the branches. She became irate and hung up.
I found that response very interesting, so I got thinking. They, the collection agency, makes money on the number of payments that they can collect and/or get the customer to commit to. Anyway, the calls stopped.

Try it and please post your findings.
