I tried unsuccessfully to refinance my car with Wells Fargo.  I'm retired....they said I didn't make enough money to refinance.  Fine.  Now they call every day over and over....when I answer the phone they won't even speak.
This money they switched to a number with my area code so I thought it was a local call.  When I answered, no one said a thing.  
What a bunch of morons!!

I called this number and told them what was happening to me and they put me through to the collections department who said that they had my number listed for someone else (who I've received several calls for since getting this number) and they said they have marked it as a bad number and won't be calling anymore.

If you're getting calls, call them back, ask for collections, tell them you're constantly receiving automated calls and are tired of it.

Yes, Wells Fargo Auto Finance.  Shows as "NOT PROVIDED" ... you know, I paid late and I would happily tell them if they'd just put that on their caller ID.  I get enough junk phone calls.  If it is a valid business calling with a valid business reason, PUT IT ON THE CALLER ID!!!!!!  I don't answer anything with UNKNOWN or NOT PROVIDED.

These people keep calling over and over. Once, I called the number back and
all I get is a click. Who is this and what do they want? Surely, someone can
tell me who is calling constantly. This is so annoying.

You also have to watch your statements.  They do not credit you with the right amount you have paid.  I have found twice now that I made a $300.00 payment, and only $89.00 wqas credited to my account.  This happened twice to me.  Even if you add a late fee, it still dosn't add up to $300.00.  I wish I could find another bank to refinance my car loan.  Wells Fargo is very annoying.

Tell them you can not get phone calls at work the you can be fired. If they don't stop after that call them and tell them this. If you loose your job how are you to pay them???? And by law they are not after you tell them this.

I have a auto loan. In the past two years, I  missed the payment due date once  by two days; this is well within the 10 day grace period.    These people called me numerous times a day and into the late evening.  In addition to this problem, they call me constantly wanting me to borrow money money.  Never in a million years!!.  I have one of their credit cards and prior to the new law, they increased the interest rate 3 times.  They have a very high interest rate.  Once the credit card and auto is paid off, I'm done with them.

me too! omg im under 17 wtf?? they call me with an automated voice then one time this lady had a horrible attitude with me saying oh well this is the number im calling like honey if this is not the person you are trying to reach then dont call the number! of course she called back what an idiot

They asked if i was "Michael Garrett" or something, but Garrett's my first name.  The guy was really pushy, and said they'd just call me at home.  Said he was from wells fargo and they were asking me about a payment on my mazda 3.  Didn't try to verify if he'd called the right person, just accused me of trying to mess with him.  He said he'd call me at home - I merely responded 'please try', as I have no home phone.  

Definitely a scam of some sort, especially since he called me at work, and I don't give out my work number.

I totally agree with you. I had all of my previous car loans through Ford Moter. But I decided to finance my daughter's car through Wells Fargo.... Never again.

Ok, my daugther have an acct with them. We are still trying to figure out why Wells Fargo charged her s fee for using another tilly machine to get her money! We know that the other bank would charge a fee, but Wells Fargo. So, is this how the banks make their money! Over charging!

I would like these people to stop calling me.

888-932-3011  ... they keep calling my cell ph ive asked them every time to take my number off and they say the same thing oh well put your number down and have it removed. Well they called again today and I ask to speak to their supervisor you know what the guy told me oh im sorry I cant do that!  So I told him thats ok I record every time you guys call and I have it locked into my phone. He hung up on me!! Now Im really annoyed. Ive worked for a debt collector and if didnt remove the number the company could be sued so guess who's going to be talking to a lawyer real soon.  So take my number off.

They have called me over 10 times in the last 30 days. It's Wells Fargo trying to collect a debt.  I've never done any business with them and have no debt.  I called back and they confirmed they have no account for me and that the phone # they were calling was not even in their database!

The woman I spoke with said it was probably their collections dept. doing skip tracing (calling random numbers that they think may be associated with someone who owes them $).  I asked to have my number removed and told them to never call again and was told it would be out of their system in 30 minutes.  I'm still receiving calls from them!!  Looks like it's time to report them to the FCC and slap them with a nice fine...

I see the number and let it ring and go to voicemail.  I don't pick up. They get and have been paid every month

They keep calling 9:26, 11:37 , 12:18........... They do not stop!! The car is my husbands and is paid off!!! I wish they woudl stop calling.. even when I tell them to stop they call back in 10 minutes... STOP ALREADY!!! I will not EVER have an account or loan with them AGAIN!!!!
