Tell me about it.  My car note is 3 days late and they've already called 6 times today.  Thank GOD they don't have my work number or I'd be fired.  It's not like Wells Fargo is hurting for money.  They got a government bail out just like JP Morgan & Chase!!!!!!!!!!!

This is Wells Fargo Auto Finance. They call looking for customers who are late on payments and don't seem to care if the number they are calling is wrong. My 12 year old daughter gets 8 - 10 calls a day from them on her cell phone, apparently the person who had the number before her was a customer of theirs. When I answer and tell them the number is wrong, they ask for my social security number, name, address, phone number, various personal info. Apart from the cell phone number they called I will give them no info so they won't remove it. They said they need the account info of the customer to remove the number from the database. How should I know this if I am not the customer?! Very poor -- I will certainly never bank with them or finance a vehicle with them.

I have an auto loan with wells fargo and i keep getting calls from this number. 4 times a day monday through saturday!! I made my payment on time so i just ignored it thinking it was a scam. I was getting calls from another number that, according to google search, is saying the exact same thing as this number.

Turns out i made a payment to my "principle balance" and not my monthly statement. When you make a payment to the principle balance it isn't towards any interest and you still have to pay the monthly payment. I have no idea how that happened tho. I'm glad i decided to check my online statement and call the number provided in the confirmation e-mails. Which is a completely different number than the ones that were calling me.

Stop calling you will get the money when I get it. I paid too much for that piece of [***] car anyway rips offs.

Per the fair debt collection act, even if you owed them money, once you tell them to stop calling you at work they have to comply.  Next time they call, you should them know you are calling the Attorney General's office to file a harrassment complaint.  Technically, you can request all correspondance in writing and they have to comply.

Phoned me any times in one day.  I finally answered the phone, and informed them they had the wrong number, and she hung-up the phone in my face. How unprofessional, I can't believe this is a ratable company.

You are so right about FMCC - they are exceptional to deal with.  Wells Fargo is better than they use to be but will never be a match for the excellent service you get from Ford Motor Credit.

I don't personally have an account with Wells Fargo (never have) and they will not quit calling.

A person from this number calls and they do not identify themselves nor do they identify where they are calling from!  They tell me I must call them back.  They call no less than 5 times a day.

They keep calling me and they don't say anything. I just traded my truck (the loan was with them lol) Now I am with Fifth Third. Wells Fargo can leave me alone. I even refinanced my house to get away from them.

I have them call, and no one answers when I say hello, they just hang up, happens once a day. My payment is current!

Wells Fargo is terrible! They debited my car payment a week earlier than scheduled . I set up a payment and they refused to reverse it, they took it out a week before scheduled. This cost me over $600.00 in over drafts, Chase bank another terrible greedy money making Sith, refused to reverse fees or call it an unauthorized debit.  When my car was being reposessed, the two tow guys 6' 5" and well over 300lbs broke into my car and broke expensive stuff refusing to pay or fix them. The repairs were over $300.00.  The tow guys lied and said they would not charge for the tow if I gave them the keys. Gave them car keys, still was charged for tow.

Wells Fargo and Chase bank refused to give me any type of break or money back.  Finallly end up paying $1,000.00 above car note/late fees and repairs to get my car out of repossession.  The repo yard/location was closed on the weekend, so they charged me $100.00 extra for that. Went to pick up my car and the jerk at the window starts threating me and my family.  I finally got my car back after all the mistreatmeant and unprofessional behaviour directed toward me.

Til this day if I am one day late on car loan, Wells Fargo will call nonstop from 7am-9:30pm...13 calls in one day I've logged!. I tried to refinance with another company but they said it is not worth it financially, but I think it might be worth my peace,respect and sanity.  At least some of the employees were nice to me but nice only does so much for an unfair wrong situation like mine.  Good luck everyone...I'll never choose Wells Fargo for any business. We kept getting calls from this number on our home phone and on my husband's cell.  After reading these posts, he called them right away.  They told him some bogus story about him clicking on "principal only" when he made his payment on-time.  He let them know our son was an attorney and he would be contacting them with a cease and desist letter.  She changed her tune, fixed the problem and took the $28.35 late payment off and said we would have no more trouble.

It's Wells Fargo Auto Finance - believe me, I know - I'm TWO DAYS late w/ my payment and they just tried calling me at work - really?!  I know, plan accordingly, but most have a grace period - apparently not this one - I'll never use them again!

Call all day long. I have NO business with them. They can call my number until the phone breaks. I will NEVER answer a call from them. I will however contact my lawyer and see if I can sue them for harassment. In excess of 50 calls a week from this number, I think I have a pretty good case.
