Earlier in this thread, "KS in NYC" posted this address for Christian Nicholas & Associates:  1301 Riverplace Blvd, Jacksonville, FL  32207.  A YellowPages.com search shows this address.

Interestingly, a WhitePages.com reverse search of this address (which is the Riverplace Towers office building) shows about 100 other listings, including a business named "Impact Business Marketing".  Those who have followed the illegal antics of the US National Bank scammers may remember that one of the many business names that they used was "Impact Business Marketing" or slight variations thereof.  It's more than a little interesting that two names that these scammers have used -- Christian Nicholas & Associates and Impact Business Marketing -- are associated with the same address in Jacksonville. (Also, I've yet to find a suite number for either CNA or Impact Business; this is odd considering that the Riverplace Towers building is quite large and houses over 100 companies and organizations.)

Documents filed with the Florida Secretary of State's website suggest a connection between CNA and Impact Business. The 2007 corporate reinstatement form for Christian Nicholas & Associates Inc. -- http://www.sunbiz.org/pdf/40978844.pdf -- bears the name "Lynn M. Barney" and lists addresses other than the Riverplace Blvd address.  (By the way, the Florida Secretary of State still lists Christian Nicholas & Associates Inc. as inactive.)  The 2008 annual corporate report form filed by Impact Business Marketing Inc. -- http://www.sunbiz.org/pdf/20212742.pdf -- bears the name "Lynda M. Barney" as an officer and, as with the CNA reinstatement form, there is no mention of the Riverplace Blvd address. However, the Impact Business annual report shows three addresses; one is a post office box and the other two are rented mail boxes at a UPS Store/Mailbox Etc locations.

This information raises several questions:

1)  Are Christian Nicholas & Associates Inc. and Impact Business Marketing Inc. really located at 1301 Riverplace Blvd, Jacksonville, FL  32207?

2) Are the U.S. National Bank scammers using the names of Christian Nicholas & Associates Inc. and Impact Business Marketing Inc. with or without authorization from those two corporate entities?

3) What does Lynn M. (or Lynda M.) Barney know about all this?

4) And since you can't mention "debt collection scam" and "Jacksonville, Florida" without thinking of Ted Ellis Crosby, the Jacksons and Bass Prelitigation, does Impact Business and Christian Nicholas & Associates and the US National Bank scammers in India have any connection with the crooks behind the Bass PreLit/States Predisposition/Spellman Roman scams?

Inquiring minds want to know.  :)

        I firmly believe that this person, "MATADOR", is mentally retired or disturbed. He got no business to do and thats the reason he is coming up with all this different crap. One interesting thing to notice about this guy is every time he is coming up with different names and identity. But one thing which is very particular about him is his writing pattern. Moreover, he is scared or got no guts to prove himself.

Whatever!  The fact is that, like your misuse of the English language, your company is uneducated.  (You know, I really don't want to use the word "uneducated."  I'd like to use a foul word, but my dignity and website rules prevent this.)

This is one of the FUNNIEST things I have EVER read!!!
My involvment started with an Indian named ......ready for THIS? "Jeff Martin".  He claimed that we had an outstanding payday loan with CashNetUSA, and that sans immediate payment, we would be faced with legal fees and so on.  HERE is where they F'd up.....I am a DEBT COLLECTOR BY PROFESSION!!!!!!!!!  
They never mini-mirandized us, they never verified that they were in fact speaking to the debtor.  They rattled off our (now closed) bank account number, as WELL as my wife's SSN.....with the last number incorrect!!!

A call to CashNetUSA verified that they had never given us a loan, and also, that they dont work with any firm in FLA, nor with any firm called "Christian Nicholas and Assoc."

SOOOOO....Reports and complaints have been now filed with the AZ Atty Gen, the FTC, the FBI, the Florida Bar Assoc, and the FLA Atty Gen.

gotta love idiots!

Your so called company has been contacting me for over two years. Using different names but all claiming to be the same company that the Florida Attorney General said was one of the Crosby Bass companies.   I called the bbb and the sheriffs department in Jacksonville about 5 months ago and found that you were not at the time affiliated with the BBB for that area. Everyone who has called and talked to me have had foreign accents and knowing several people from India the accents are the same.

I have been informed this company is attempting to collect on behalf of Cashland/CashAmerica/Cashnet USA. We are one entity, and I assure you that we are not affiliated  nor authorizing this company to collect on our behalf.  If they state they are calling on behalf of ANY company, call THAT COMPANY to pay (if you truly owe). More importantly if they state they are calling on behalf of Cashland/CashAmerica, call your local Cashland/Cash America store front, or CashnetUSA if they claim they are representing them.

It's the same old threats all of the time.  This is the fourth different incident for me since a year ago.  They change up the phone numbers and names but it's the same speech. I've file a complaint with a federal agency & gave them all the information I had.  I know for a fact that I owe nothing because they use companies that I have written proof that I don't owe. Do not call them back.  Anything legitimate will go through proper channels & not illegals (John, James, Jeff, etc.) screaming at you.  Report them to the police & federal agencies.

EC---  I have a question for you (as I really respect your opinion!  I've seen your posts elsewhere & I love it!)  :-)  This is not related to Mike in India...

I keep getting calls regarding an old bank account that was overdrawn.  (Not for much, but enough for them to sick their debt collectors on me.)  I'd like to know when their calls are considered harassment.  It is 10:47a.m. right now, and they have called my work at least four times since 8:00a.m.  

They called about six times in total yesterday.  When I got home, I saw that they called my house about four times.  That's about TEN TIMES in one day!

What the heck?!!!  Granted, they are recorded calls, but still!

Also, I put my friend on my account information as a beneficiary.  Now, they are calling HIM.  Can they do that???

I have been getting irritating calls from these people for over a year now and they just started again yesterday.  My caller id on my cell phone showed that it was a number out of india.  can you point me to the attorney general that is investigating this.  I have kept lots of information on these jokers and would like to share this with the attorney general.

            This is David representing our Clients who are huge payday loan vendors. We are working according to the guidelines of the FDCPA. So there is no way that someone from my company would have threaten anyone saying that they gonna send cops to pick them up. Its really very panicky when people take loans and does not recall.

            Before blaming the legitimacy of our company, we will appreciate if you could call us and we would be glad to direct you with all the info for your records.
