Company from florida stated that they ahd a legal matter against me.  They call my manager and me several times during the course of the day.  The Sam Scott was the person calling me and hanging up when I would not give my infromation to them.

These people are also known as Jason Reed and Associates also in jacksonville. They will not stop, no matter what you pay, they never send paperwork as they promise, even when you talk to one of their "attorneys" and they say you won't ever hear from them again, don't buy into it! I gave these people over 10,000 in the last year and a half but have stopped even taking their calls since I found this site. I find it interesting that the exact same messages from these people are listed on other phone numbers on this site, but by people with different names. The following are some numbers that I have received calls from.

they also call from 949-743-1049 and lately have been calling from 50-447-852 there arent' enough numbers to search, and area code 500 is listed as "personal communications" they call from alot of different numbers and use a lot of different names. Don't give them anything. They have debited my bank acct. without permission. If you have given them anything, cancel your card or close your acct.

An Indian guy calling himself officer Williams called me several times throughout the past couple of weeks before I actually answered. I finally answered this morning whien Officer Williams (after I asked what he was an officer of he told me legal affidavits)  then proceeded to ask me if I knew about my case and then explained to me that I was having charges brought against me for a fraudulent check and that I would have a court date if I refused to pay. I then asked to be transferred to his manager and to someone who spoke English because his accent was so thick. His manager, Micheal Hopkins (who was also Indian with less of an accent), informed me that I had borrowed money from Allied Financial Services, which I had not, and told me that I needed to pay the money back and if I wanted to do it today I could pay a consolidated amount.I told him that I had not borrowed money from them and he assured me that I had.  I told him no way was I giving him anything. I asked for an email or fax with all of the information and he told me that the company had already invested enough time and resources into the problem and that he could not and would not.
I was a little bit irritated with this situation to say the least. I even thought this was a joke or something and asked the guy if it was to which her replied that it wasn't and that it was a very serious matter. I asked many questions, which a person should if they are being "charged" with fraud. He then told me to stop asking the questions and to just let him speak because it was getting confusing, I laughed.
Mr. Hopkins informed me he was representing Christian, Nichols and Associates. He called from the following number:415-880-5599. I plan to contact all legal options in hopes that this kind of thing can be stopped!!

CNA is not a scam! They have been in business for several years and there is nothing anyone of you deadbeats can do about it. File all the complaints you want. The fact of the matter is that millions and millions of people think they can get free money, and rest assured if u don't pay your worthless checks, the affidavits are processed on a daily basis, and it's up to your county as to whether they issue the warrant or not o keep driving around in your car and going to your jobs and "think" nothing will happen to you. The law is the law, and no body is above the law. Worthless checks are illegal in all fifty states.

Unfourtlney there are people that all they do is sit in front of the computer and get these loans and dont the read the contacts. Paydayloan compaines are in the bussiness of money and when u write a check whether it be a walk in facility or a electronic check that is breaking the law. There are whole familys that steal from rebutal bussiness that want to help people that have low incomes, single moms, people that cant get extra money when they desbertly need it but its wrong not to pay back the bussiness. Its so sad that people like that ruin it for us honest folks.

these are crooks who make their living by illegal activities, they will keep calling you, just call them back every chance you get and tell them you know they are crooks, they will eventually move on, you have to remember these are very dumb people. so it will take while for them to figure it out
the good news is, criminals are so stupid that they ALWAYS do something that gets them caught, it's just a matter of time
