actually i just found a lovely website proving you are a scam with a posting by an attorney general but keep on trying to scam ppl

your english is as bad as when you call..#1 you can not be arrested for a payday loan as it is a civil matter #2 police do not respond to a civil matter... but try to keep scaring ppl the more ppl are informed the better

I just received a call from a Richard Hunt identifying himself as a verification officer (chief) with BCI.  He stated that I owe $300 to US Cash Payday from 2008..He refused to give me anything in writing, but threatened me about a complaint  The number that he gave me for my attorney to call is 252-915-3138.  
Very disturning...and a mess.

I would think if you wanted to represent yourself as legetimate you might take the time to learn how to speak and write english. By not doing so you just sound like some 3rd world bozo.

I've been receiving thrifing message saying that they are going put a lean on my bank account.  I asked
please send me something showing I had account with this company with my signature. Then they say
Just give them my bank account information I said if you alraedy know my bank name my you are asking me .so you can debit ACH money from my account I'am trier of these calls. I asked for they name and told them to talked too my lawyner. and give her they address so I can resolved this matter.

we also received a call from a man claiming to be richard hunt and he gave a number of 760-851-0932. while my husband was on the fone with this foreign speaking man, i called the number and was greeted by the man who also spoke foreign. just thought i would give another number the man on the fone told my husband to pay 302.00 and then they would work on a payment schedule. for supposedly 3 allegations of payday loans that were never received from a usa cash fund

i got a call from 904-383-4379 the man name is stan marshall and he told me he was calling from carlson law firm he told me that i was going to jail and that he was going to send these papers to my job and get me fired also he told me that i was going to look stupid in front of the judge when i loose my case h said that in 2009 i took out a $400 dollar auto loan and i never repaid it back which was not true he told me that my balance was over 5000 so people please do not give any money don't let them scare you by saying that you are going to jail it is all a lie

Looks like some collection agency is using this number and (904) 425-8965. They called my unlisted 2nd line, apparently whomever had that # before me didn't' pay some bills, oh well. I blacklisted the numbers in OOMA. Freakin collection agencies!

Don't get me wrong here, I have no problem with somebody collecting a legitimate debt, but don't be an a$$hole and make everybody else miserable while you are doing it!

got call fr caller id showing prudential insur.   the google lookup says prudential financial. person with foreign accent asks me to call back regarding claim and give them this long code. called twice short time before 9 am.  number is out of same address exchang pops up for this thread  904 313 3711.  Prudential Plz, Jacksonville, FL, 32202.  exchange shows it is a "hobbyists line"

Karen Rogers/Karen Rodgers using a different phone number now - 7709548767.  Caller Id shows 'Aribtration'.  Still a recorded message and they do not even say who the are asking for, and I am not answering unknown numbers.  Previous numbers: 404-410-1518, 404-418-7979, 305-750-1137, 343-729-0397, 954-358-4084, 404-996-1953, 678-508-6637, 678-466-6945.
Could also be Robert Marshall, Mr. Grant, Shelly McNeal, a private investigator.

I got the same call I blocked them and now they are using different numbers
