Credit Check of Marquette. THey were completely rude before. Now I believe they record their calls so they cant be @ssholes and cut you down over the phone.

i didnt answer knowing it was a marquette number thinking it was my @sshol ex bf but knowing its some kind of collection thinger i'm quite relieved!!

They are extremely rude and ask personal questions about your children as a means to try and verify whom you are for billing purposes. Don't answer.

they called and i answered and no one was there said hello three times and they hung up what a waist of my time and mins what pin heads

they call me on my 800 number line to waste my money and harass me, they really don't have a clue is anything medical is paid or not and cloud care less, it should be a conflict of interest for a reporting agency to be acting as a collector this ltest slime bag is a rich simon. i have asked not to call which  is a legal right this place ingnores.

Very rude demanding man who asked for someone who does not live here. I told him to stop calling and he kept shouting at me. They ought to be put out of business for this behavior! Whatever sleazy business they are in. Do not pick up these calls at all!!!

You know you can call your Attorney General's office and file a complaint.  IF you can prove this company called and harrassed you, they are liable for damages up to one thousand dollars for EACH violation of the Fair Credit Act.  I would check into it.

Filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office may be a good idea, but it not the same thing as filing a lawsuit under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. Martin is right that you can collect $1,000 in stautory damages, any actual damages you can prove, and make them pay attorney fees. Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
