CID read "EXCHNGE STUDENT" so I didn't answer. No message left. Blocked number so unless they have additional numbers from which to call I won't be bothered again by them.

(909) 259-5564 "EXCHANGE STUDENT"? Anything to get by the block Anonymous Calls.  No message no reason to answer and this number is NOW blocked.

the caller id said exchnge student, but since I was talking to someone else I didn't answer it.
telemarketers have been using caller id spoofing so when you complain to the ftc or fcc ,you really need to be complaining about the ability of these companies to legally or illegally use someone else s number.

Why am I getting these marketing calls. This one is from Exchange Student or something like that. I am on the do not call list and continue to get more sales calls this year than ever.

I just got a call from this #  statting "unknown name".  I do not answer calls that have no identfying name in the first place, then if they do not leave a message on my machine I know it is not someone who is legit in wanting to talk to me.  I am on the State and Federal "do not call" list under numerous submissions to them and it seems to have no effect.  I get marketing calls now also on my cell which I do not answer.  I check the number out to see who it belongs to.  If it is indeed a company that I am dealing with or a person, then I KNOW how to contact them.   The "do not call" lists are useless.  Anytime you give your information, no matter how limited you may make it, these demons find a way to obtain your phone humbers or emails.   No information is really "free" and no inquiry is truly safe.

Got this number and on the caller I.D. says Exchange Student. We don't answer numbers we don't know. And they didn't leave a message.

I also got a call from 909-259-5564;  it listed itself on my caller ID as Exchange Student;  I did not answer the phone, and the "caller" did not leave a message.  This is the second call I've received from "exchange student".

Voice recording call with a girl asking to support Exchange Students. It is a younger woman. I hung up without hearing the message. 909 numbers scare me.

Received a call from 909-259-5564 with Caller ID of "EXCHANGE STUDENT".  Sounded fishy to me so I didn't answer and they did not leave a message.

Got a call n did not answer since I don't recognize the number...voice message about exchange students...just deleted.

Recorded message asking that we support Exchange Students, press #1 for representative. Caller ID is spelled "Exchnge" NOT Exchange...

They called me on a Sunday and that pisses me off!!!  Can't we have just one day without telemarketers?

Received a call today.  Called ID shows Exchnge Student.  No message left.

Received my first call from this number. Did not answer, left no msg., but it took a while for them to hang up.

Stoped a Lowes yesterday 6/31/12 to pick up a few things, they asked me for my phone number in case I needed to return an item so I gave it to them. Got a call from this number today, [***]! Anouther for the block list.

I don't like SCAM ARTISTS calling my house. Not one bit funny.
