"Exchange Student"  Did not answer call.

The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

Yes, file a complaint online with the Do-Not-Call list directly, but better yet, also file an online complaint form directly with the FCC.  If they get enough complaints about a certain number, they will act on it!  Save the link for turning in other scammers and pass to your friends/contacts for use:

I have caller ID and do not answer calls that I don't recognize. All I do is hit talk then end immediately.  I get a call from this number every day

CALL THEM AND BUG THE S**T OUT OF THEM....SEE HOW THEY LIKE IT

Got a hang-up call from these guys and got their number through *69.  On calling, there was a message claiming that they had called about a "foreign exchange student program," that they were a registered non-profit, and that they were therefore exempt from the no-call registry.  Even supposing all of this is true, which I don't suppose, a hang-up call is at best a nuisance, not a legitimate contact.  Am reporting them to both no-call registry (https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2) and Federal Communications Commission (https://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm).

WTF? that call asking you to wait for customer assist to claim your selected lucky gift, so for taking your address, name and all THIS YOU MUST NEVER DO!  Please think smart... I have also recall for heard a message that invites you to press dials 1 for claim gift - 2 for talk with marketing support - 3 so whatever... It's another way YOU MUST NEVER DO, of course I mean when the call number is unknown to your personal.  

Et si vous êtes Québecois, peu importe la raison de l'appel, une compagnie se doit légalement de vous offrir un service en francais pour être authoriser a vous contacter d'elle-même alors si il n'y a pas aucune option disant (for service in french...) soit c'est des "tabarnak" qui veulent vous arnaquer soit qu'il sont hors des lois en vigueur donc RACCROCHEZ!!!

Called they hang up. Caller I'd shows #909 259-5032. Stop calling me.
