Someone called my number but when I answered the phone, they hung up. It appeared as Education awaits. Sounds bogus to me.

Haha they call me 2 times a day i just get on a soundboard on my computer and have them talk to Arnold,Joe Pesci, even better Sgt Gunney from Full metal jacket after 1 min of hearing any of them they hang up its a freaking blast

I've received 3 calls today from this number, same MO as everyone else, according to what I've read: 10:12 AM, 1:27 PM, 5:18 PM. Truly annoying!!!

These people are calling my cell phone; Verizon is my carrier. I contacted Verizon to let them know about the situation. One can contact them and have them block unwanted phone numbers (up to 5 for 3 months) for free! It will take about an hour to process. It's only for three months, but it's worth it for a little temporary peace and quiet! If after those three months the numbers show up again, you can call back and have them blocked again! Also, if it's necessary, one can pay $4.99 and block up to 20 numbers permanently. Good luck, folks - I know how frustrated you are!

I've gotten 2 calls today from these people. The first time I was at work and the 2nd was here at home.  Since it sounds like they aren't going to stop calling anytime soon, I simply added the number to my phone and set the ring tone to silent.  Now I won't have to hear when they call.  Not ideal but it'll work!

Hi the answer to your question is it don't daughter selected that option and within 30 minutes it called back they have called everyday for a week calling up to at least 5x's and she selected the do not call list at the begining of this week. Have now threatened with attorney general of washington state.

http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/donotcall/  This is the FCC's basic list of regulations, which is the source of all my following quotes.  Whomever this company is, they're in violation of MANY of these regulations.  We CAN make a complaint, but we all need to follow through. I tracked the numbers that are calling to an MCI WorldCom. account.  I called and spoke to a supervisor, who informed me that she saw the company all these numbers were registered under, but was not able to give me the name as the FCC mandates privacy.  FABULOUS!  Now, the FCC can enforce the rules they make!!

There is a reason why these people are hanging up and it's because what they are partaking in is ILLEGAL. They are calling us and hanging up, to somehow benefit themselves and it frightens me to think of what they are actually doing.

#1 According to the FCC "telemarketers are required to transmit Caller ID information and may not block their numbers."  All of these numbers (because the company is using land lines in multiple states) are blocked.  This is illegal.  
#2 According to the FCC "placing telemarketing calls to wireless phones is -- and always has been -- illegal in most cases."

I can not beg you enough to PLEASE report these people to the FCC and email your State's Attorney.  The FCC complaint process is easy and hopefully something will be done.

I did what the previous caller said to do.  The FCC person told me I needed a specific company name and what product they are trying to sell.  They also told me I needed to first remind the telemarketer that I'm on the Do Not Call list, then if they call again I can make an official complaint. Frustrating!

got a call from this number twice today... answer and no one there! tried to call it back but get a recording that this number is not operating at this time!!! Its some kind of scam or worse!

They called and upon answeing they hung up, called back and educationsomething.net, pressed1 to cancel now getting calls from same # and educationsomething.com  i never signed up for anything nor went to anything to further education.  i think it is some BS set up to see what us dumb americans do when we are called on the phone. prolly set up by isreali intel.  we are under attack from everywhere, where is thhe missing 24 trillion in bailout $.  and what about 9/11.  have we all been so brainwashed by the gov we do whatever media tells us.. wake up and go find the truth.  infowars.com google 9/11 do the research.  wwatch core of corruption in the shadows...  wake up people

Called at 4pm and left no message.  My advice to everyone, don't answer phone calls if you don't recognize the number.  It's the only way to avoid these annoying solicitor calls.
