I got a call from this crazy number saying 100$ walmart gift card etc. I asked who that is ... did not get proper answer. I said i m not interested. The crazy person asking, not interested in what ma'am... then I simply hung up.

Same story as the rest, unwanted repeat calls at all hours.  ALL the time.

They have called me about 4 times in an hour. This is harrassment and if they call again i will be filing a law suit against them.

Just got 2 missed calls from this guy and got a hang up when I tried calling back, when I looked for his number on google I find this forum made completely for this jack ass.

This number kept call me to after 10 times someone left a message saying to a complaint was filed against and her name is Angie and she was calling to confirm my address of residence.  She wanted me to give her my address so that I could be served.  She then told me to call 855-317-5189 and gave me a case number so that I could talk to the plaintiff.

I googled the number that she gave me and it is some Indian mobile number.

I AM SOOOO SCARED GUYS.... i got a call in the morning and i picked up and someone said i this david here.. which is my name... so i said yess i am speaking. they said u have filled out a survey for us... and said u have got a 100$ walmart gift card.. i thought it was real cuz they knew my address and everything....  i i dnt even remember filling out a survey for them.. they said all u have to do is pay for the shipping which was like 4 $.. so i gave them my card number.. and they said ut gift card should be shipped in 3-4 days..AND KNOWW I AM SCAREED CUUZ WHT IF THEY TAKE MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!! somebody help me plz!!!!!!!

Call your bank.  Do it NOW.  The phone number is on the back of the card.
Tell them what you did and have them close the account.  The faster the account is closed the less money they will get.

Yes.  Close the account.  Do it RIGHT THIS MINUTE!!!

The bank will make you go throught charges and pay the ones you made.  They will probably not make you pay for what the scammer spent.  The sooner you close the account the more the bank will cooperate with you.

They called me and knew my address and name. They said I won a $100 gift card but asked me to pay $4.95 for shipping. I'm pretty creeped that they knew my address.

They called me 12 times in the last 24 hours.  I didn't   get any answer to who it was.  They just hang up.  Tired of harrassment

Probably.  But its not my decision, its your bank's.

It looks to me like you may have waited almost 24 hours between when you gave your account number and when you told your bank about it.  They'll probably give you a very low credit limit, a high interest rate, and a high account fee.  Thats how they make up the money they loose when they have to refund charges made on a stolen credit card.
