Add me to the list..security system something about sign in yard then they have been calling all week, but today didnt leave message

I received a call Friday (unknown #) and again today (9155330469).
Both calls said they had been trying to contact me and that IRS had filed a lawsuit.
I know for a fact, IRS NEVER notifies you by phone.  They do it in writing.
Obviously a SCAM ! !

I retired from AT&T they don't work out of apt. Not even their contractors so yes I agree it's a scam. Other wise they would as when called back

I couldnt call back because its disconnected.  How is that?

I answered, guy trying to sell me a "free" security system for putting a sign in my yard. He hung up on me when I said my house is in the country

No answer...but only when my ALS mom answers do they try to sell her something.

I received a call from this number when I answered the line was silent. When I attempted to call back less than a few minutes later the number had been "disconnected"

If the company was legit, their company name would be shown. I have requested a trace on the number and my agency will be in direct contact with them.

This is a new number to me, and I see in my missed call list that they called at 1:02 pm, and then again at 1:03 pm. Guess they thought I would answer if they called back immediately! Lol. Thanks for all the posts. It really helps me figure out what calls I should not answer.

This number called me twice in a row...didn't answer. Because of calls like these, people I know will always have to leave a message if calling from a new number because if I don't recognize the number, I don't answer it anymore. Thanks for the posts!

Got a call from this number on my cell phone. I didn't answer it. Shortly I got a message saying that I was second in line to talk to an operator. Someone then started on a sales pitch about how I qualify for a home security system.  I have gotten several of the calls with different Texas numbers from different Texas towns. They are all scams.

Security system scammers

Got call at 11:52 a.m. April 24, 2015. I couldn't answer. Called back. Message said it was disconnected.

How can calling the call from the umber (915)  533-0469 be called racist? We don't even KNOW what color the caller is or what sex? It's a scam because:

1 If you try and call back you find it is disconnected
2 My number is on the DON NOT CALL LIST and I NOT sign up or ask anyone about a security system.
3 My number is a cell phone and it is illegal for telemrkers to call cell phones unless the holder of the number give permission which I have NOT. (see 2)

Caller ID 915-533-0469, asked for a call-back since they were installing "home security systems".  They called back again, identified themselves as RG Secure, and caller-id said 972-532-7134.  The actual number of the business is 214 404 0624.  I just called and left them a message stating to add me to their "Do Not Call" list, and I gave them all the numbers my caller-id recorded.  Also stated that they have been formally notified and listed date, time, and the phone number to remove.
