Why wouldn't a business want to know if it's customers are happy?   Personally I hate getting phone surveys, but I sure don't blame them for trying.  Seems to me it's a smart way to run a business.

Anyhow got the same caller ID-- just bought a new phone two days ago.

I have begun to get harrassing phone calls from 916-313-4200. They call and hang up as soon as I answer.

This number has called me 3 times in 2 days, I have not had or switched to at&t service. Another annoying call. No message.

we changed our ATT plan 2 days ago. That was it and I received 2 calls from this Sacramento Ca call. No message left

I do not do business with ATT. No reason for a call, but they do.  No reason to pick up.

Good thing I found this site. Every where I turned to find out who is behind this phone # found out it would cost me. I recently bought a new cellphone, and use AT&T, but NOT on my home phone, which is where the calls are coming in. Shame on them.

I got 3 calls from this number on my Skype phone number. No VM.

We got phones from ATT (an actual ATT store not a franchise on Sunday May10.) However we also got cases at a DIFFERENT ATT store (also Sunday May10) which was a franchise (or whatever you want to call it.) They asked for a phone number for "the receipt record." So this also might be where this is the transaction this call originated from. I would think if it were me and I wanted to make someone was happy with their new phone I'd call that cell phone not the home line. Who knows?

I have been getting these calls for the past few days. I have AT&T land line, cell phone and internet However I don't answer numbers that I don't know and if they won't leave a message on the answering machine they will never speak to me. Plus we don't do surveys over the phone.

I have gotten calls from this same number 3 times in 2 days. I did just buy an AT&T phone. When I answer, no one is there. Infuriating!!

We get calls almost every day that wake up the babies. Nobody comes on the phone. I want it stopped. ATT I'm sure will charge me for the *67 I had to do to track them down. Stop them from calling PLEASE.

I just got my cell phone fixed and got one of these calls but it was just dead air and hung up. Especially aggravating because I'm disabled and watching two small babies that are trying to nap when the phone wakes them.

caller id says: ATT.. Irritating, since, I believe it is related to someone I know who called me for first time yesterday.  IS ATT using calls made by their service illegally?  hmmmm I wonder.. There was no message left from this number.

I renewed my contract and purchased a new cell phone through AT&T three days ago. I received a call yesterday-dead air for a minute and then a click. Last night we had a message on answering machine re: AT&T survey, press 1......I don't know what the scam is but it needs to be looked into.

Just received 2 calls within an hour from this number on my DESK phone. Never answered, and they never left a message.

I dont mind them calling to see how my service was ONCE, but if I dont answer the first time, then leave me alone. Seriously.

Got a call from this number tonight, 'bout 7:25 pm, no reply on the other end, no message left, I didn't bother to call it back, those calls get canned as wrong numbers in this household.
Nevertheless, it is odd about people buying new ATT phones, we haven't BUT... the wife's sim card recently, just died on her nokia. She stopped by the att store yesterday and to my surprised, they 'happily' and promptly replaced it charging us nadda. Even though we didn't just buy a phone, the new sim card being activated would be seen as a new phone by their computer system! Oh yeah, this was in north Alabama.
