Earlier today I got a call from a male voice on our home phone asking for the lady of the house and when I replied "this is she", he hung up.  I just received a call on my cell phone from the same number but I did not answer it.  My cell phone is for MY personal use and not for solictors!!!!  I don't want anyone that I do not know calling my cell pnone!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was the first time I'd really been tricked into thinking I was talking to a real human, not some computer.

They called i guess i hadnt realized i was tricked into talking to a computer untill he got down to business, this call also wasted my precious cell minutes

told me if i went and saw the movie that somehow i'd get credited for the price i pay for my tickets, to buy any of their DVDs, when i asked how they would do this he kept going, and kept going and told me he would send me details and a LINK to the trailer via a RING LESS VOICEMAIL shortly after he hung up, right, how the hell am i supposed to click on a link i hear? Hmn?!

Def reporting them to the FCC, and local authorities, and also contacting carmike cinemas, as well as all of my friends who got the call...

They were just calling to advertise a movie. Sounds like they are a small studio and can't afford normal ads. They were quick

I just rec'd a call from this number and then I figured when it came up Velveteen It was Feature Films for Families. That's the name of the company that has made the movie. I have ordered very, very good family DVDs from them. I've also ordered Velveteen Rabbit and just received my free DVD for the order the other day. I'm not a promoter just a Christian grandma that likes to have wholesome movies for the grandkids to watch if they want.

Um, that's where I looked before posting. Though, I see the release date is '09.
There still is no reason to be spamming a remake of a movie.

I missed the call once, then got it a 2nd time 2 days later.  As I was on my way to a meeting and it sounded like a telemarketer, I just said as much and hung up.  I called the number back to tell them to remove my number from their inventory, a message said it was connecting me to customer service, which then went to the prerecorded movie ad.  Again I hung up.  Does anyone know where we can report this?  I thought telelmarketers weren't supposed to have access to cell phone numbers?

I received a call from this nuber at 7:30am. I had spent the whole day before sick with a stomach bug and was not going to wake up for this call. When I tried to call the number back all I got was a beeping sound.

This guy called my cell phone which is registered on the do not call list.  He was promoting a movie.  When I asked him how he got the number, he wouldn't answer and went into his pitch.

The next time they call, I will gladly inform them that my time is worth $2500 an hour, and if they want to talk, I will take the supervisors name, fax # - Send them a fax with an agreement, get a signature, & then they can harras me all they want, I will be getting paid $2500 an HOUR !!! !YYYEEEAAAAHHHHHH  BABY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
