I have been getting multiple calls everyday. Always have let it go to voice mail.  The last 2 days I've decided to answer.  I've gotten nothing but dead air. I've blocked the number. Tired of this crap. Got a call from the US today also. BUT I had SOO much fun with that ignorant imbecile.

I called Time Warner  and they were going to try to put This person(s), STARNET, out of business.....

Starnet called and said they are Time Warner Cable and calling from their sales department. They offered cable, telephone and internet service for $89.00 month. I said I am looking at my internet and I don't see where Starnet is connected with Time Warner and I hung up

Calls twice a week, and when I dont answer, they start yelling "Hello"  a few times,,,then hang up

Unbelievable!!! Got the same type call as has been reported here FOR ALMOST A YEAR now. Same phone number...same voice description....same sales pitch....You would think these people would have been caged or at least run off by now. Gotta keep your sense of humor!..... and your HORN! LOL

Caller ID was "Starnet". Well, greetings "Starnet". Meet "Robo-blocker". I don't even have TWC, so after reading some of these comments about them claiming to offer a lower price, I know its a scam. Besides that, I'm on the DNC registry. Therefore any telemarketers that call me are scammers. That robo-blocker is quite possibly the best $40 I ever spent.

Received a call from Star net 917 423 3933.  He said he was from Time Warner ( I am already a customer)  Because of the merger of AT&T and Time Warner he could offer already customers of TW the $89 dollar price.  Scammer.  Don't fall for it if you get a call.  Thick accent.  I asked his name he said Michael Jordan.

just received call at work caller id said starnet. They asked for the owner or office manager about electric company and did we receive the information with the bill about a rate savings and then wanted the information on our bill. I have told them repeatly to stop calling and I am not buying into there scam. See if this continues. They use other names also.

They called me about 2 months ago and said they were from Tie Warner Cable and had a new package to save me money.  I fell for it at first and gave me my cell phone number, and they wanted my SS number which I did not give and credit card number.  I did think it was legit but something was not right.  So I told them I did not wanat thier package and I called and blocked the charge nd got a new credit card.  Now they are stealing minutes form the cell phone number that I gave to them.  beware, do not get involved with these scammers.

This moron has called me six times in the last few days. It looks like I am not the only one he is calling by the looks of those who have posted here. Good luck and hang up on this piece of crap!

Called about Time Warner bill.  Didn't give any information.  She then asked to verify my address. She asked if I live on Augustine Street.  I asked her if she said Augustine Street, then she hung up.

Called and did not leave a message - BLOCKED!

Caller ID:   Starnet            repeated calls,  never leaves a message

Appeared as Starnet on my caller I.D., I never take any of these calls, I either block them or let the answering machine get it and they always hang up.   I'm up to 30 calls, the maximum on my block list from these scammers, I don't know how they got my number.   Don't take calls from this number.
