I put my name on the DO NOT CALL LIST (both my home and cell numbers) and now I am getting more calls than ever!!!  This one came up as "Public Service" on my caller ID.

i've been called by these idiots every day for the last week - sometimes twice. i am soooo sick of telemarketers - all of them! i too am ready to cancel my landline. i wonder how fast the phone companies would act to stop this constant harrassment if everyone threatened to cancel their landlines - say by july 1 or something. i'm no computer geek but couldn't someone out there in cyberspace start a petition or something that could go 'viral' and put a stop to these low-life [***] once and for all? i mean, they're like friggin' mosquitoes - on this earth only to harrass and annoy. why do we put up with it?? at least we can smack/kill  the mosquitoes but we have to keep putting up with these cockroaches.

gotta go - another 800# trying to screw me out of my $$ as we speak.

How do these people get our numbers??!!!! These people call, leave no message, and call repeatedly, sometimes more than once per day.  So annoying!!  Cell phones used to be safe - but now that people are replacing their home phones with the cell phones (which I did) - these telemarketers are getting way out of hand!

I received a call from this number just 12 minutes ago (02/21-9:21a).  By reading these postings I did call the number back and it offered the DNC list.  I pressed the"1" to be removed.  I will keep you updated if that actually works

Thanks for the info, i can never understand what they are saying but they call all the time, Now that i have the info on them, im going to file a small claims suit for harassment, iv done this 3 times and i win everytime cause i know the harassment laws where i live, I suggest you all do it too, its an easy way to make money off them from bothering you, my last suit i was awarded 1000 dollars. Im sueing these pricks for 3000 this time :)

I just called the numbers to speak with Thomas Gamble, his secretary lied of course about him/them being associated with the calls and i explained how i was looking at the info from the BBB, that shut her up quick. I called anonymous of course to block my number, i told her i was calling on behalf of the 1000s that he has been harassing, i also called the other number for Don Brady, I told the lady and i left  message on the other number that if they do not stop calling people that i will shut his casino down by posting fliers all over Miami that Mr. Gamble is a child molester, I gave him 30 days to stop, unfortunately im not in Florida atm but will be soon. I encourage all of you in Miami or close to it to do this, if the feds are not going to help us from being harassed then we must take measure in our own hands. Posting fliers that he is a child molester will indeed destroy his business, i have associates who have used this tactic before and it works!!
I hope you folks in Miami and surrounding areas have the drive to do this, if not, i will be doing this asap when i get back to FL.

This number calls almost everyday too. Pain in the ...... I got a message on my voice mail letting them know this phone is being monitored but they don't care, just keep calling.

Just rec'd the call asking for me by name - but they apparently couldn't hear me when I asked who they were.  Lottasa noise - scuffle then she hung up.  Tried to call back  - asked what it was about and the gal hung up.

I made the mistake of putting a number in a form when requesting quotes for health insurance.  They drove me nuts.  I finally answered and told them that I had gotten a job that included insurance.  They left me alone.....until today. But, this is a number that I never answered so maybe I will and tell them the same thing.

Report them to the FCC.  Telemarketers are not allowed to call cell phones by law.  Check it out on their website.  If the FCC gets enough complaints about these people they will do something about it.

Yes I just got a call on my cell phone this morning 9:49 a.m. 2/23/2011.  no one answered I just hung up.  Should be a law against calling our cell phone!

They called my cell phone # this morning 2/23/2011 at 9:49 A.M.  I answered the phone but no one answered on the call end.  Phone # shows up as 918-442-0303.

I have gotten calls on my cell phone from # 918-442-0303 everyday for the past two weeks - when I answer no one will say anything and then hang up - I called the number back and it is some kind of promotion(scam)  they are running - it did promp me to take my number off their calling list so I did this - it said it would take at least 72 hours to remove - if I get any more calls I am calling my cell phone carrier and reporting.

keep getting a call from the above number and ask to speak to Ashley Freeman as soon as I say she is at work they hang up

These people have been calling on a daily basis for 2 years now ive filed 12 complaints to the fcc all with proof videos of them calling and calling recordings everything And every time i asked to be put on the do not call list its been well over 72 hours its been over 1000 it pisses me off pardon my french
