This is a bogus call from Ameriloan trying to scam more people

Ameriloan calls from different number on an hourly basis

just got a call from this number, how do we get them to stop

This company keeps calling here and i have asked them to stop calling. to call the person at there home. we are a business, employhess are not allowed to take calls from the manufacturing plant. we do not have time to continue to be harras by these peole calling. the last man that called told me that he would keep calling no matter what i did or said. i hung up on him. he preoceeded to call back again and i hung up again.
please contact them and i am forwarding this to the Better Business Bureau of Oklahom , and Missouri, in addition to the State Attorney Generals Office of Missouri and Oklahoma

received call from 918-442-9103.  They left no message.  The caller id said "AML REC"

received a call from this number from my home and cell numbers. the man on the other end was rude and asking for someone other than me and i told him that i could take a message he got angry and called me by the name of hte person he was calling for and then hung up. he did say he was calling about an application that the person had submitted with his company aml.

This # calls my telephone all the time and I have told them that it is not that individuals phone. They have ignored that statement. They cannot accept that it is not this persons #.

Agree. We are a business and I've told the caller this repeatedly and they keep calling back. I've told them to call the individual at home to no avail.  Very rude people. They try to intimitate me by asking for my manager and human resources. Everytime they ask for someone I say 'that's me'. The caller gets very upset and tells me I can't carry all of these titles and I best put them in touch w/the person they called. They say I'll call back and I tell them don't bother but they do anyway. Very annoying!!!

A caller or callers from telephone number (918) 442-9103 has called my cellular phone almost everyday (including weekends) at least once a day - sometimes twice per day.  The caller does not leave a voicemail.  I cannot return call the number.

I have researched the source of the telephone number, online, and believe its source to be "AmeriLoan" but I am not 100% certain.

I wish to prevent this number from calling my cellular phone; its persistence is bothersome - if not harrassment.

This company keeps calling here and I have asked them to stop calling.I have never heard of the person they are calling for.  Somehow I have the same first name.  they are calling my direct business line and causing me issues with my job.  The last man that called laughed at me, accused me of lying to him and told me that he would keep calling no matter what i did or said. I hung up on him and called the number back requesting supervisor to remove this business number.  The same man answered and threatened me.

I've been receiving multiple calls from Ameriloan from this number.  I filed a voluntary debt amortization here in Wisconsin, called a Section 128.21.  I've advised them of this, that I'll be sending them a Cease and Desist letter certified/returned receipt to them, and that they cannot legally call me after receiving such, and finally that I'd file a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commision.  They accuse of me of willfully refusing to pay a debt and this is not the case.  A court-appointed trustee has been appointed and they have to follow the order of the court.  I post this here for others who are experiencing harrassing calls from them.  They are in violation of colleciton laws and this should not be tolerated by any of us.  Thank you.

I have filed a complaint with the Massachusetts attorney generals office on this # because they call they don't leave a message but I did call the number back and a person answers hello and I asked what company he represents and he said he wanted me to verify who I was first, I would not do that he hung up on me when I kept asking what company he was from.  I have contacted the FBI web site for fraud and The federal trade commission. they are definitly in violation of collection laws and everyone should file complaints, I will not let this rest until they are held accountable.

Ameriloan is a good company and I will pay them when I get a job.
This 918.422.9103 is another matter, they have evidently pissed off
the Asian gangs,Mexican Cartel and OIG. I would advise anyone working
at 918-422-9103 to find a safer job.

I have received a number of call from this number and can not seen to shake them. The person they ask for we do not know, are have never heard of. In the last month we have has 50 call are more.
