I keep getting these calls on my cell. I answer, either no one there or I hear a bunch of people talking in the background.
After they called over 10 times, I finally talked to a person. I don't know who they are looking for but it's not me and I told them as such.
They continue to call me constantly, even on Sundays!!! I mean really!!
I'm sorry I don't know the person they are looking for but to continue to call me repeatedly, day after day, and leave no message, or hang up on my voicemail and leave 2 second voicemail is really over the line.
I don't know what this company is or does, but I'm going to find out and file a complaint.
Pathetic.

They have just cost me my job for receiving person calls on a business phone.  If anyone knows how to take legal recourse-I am listening.

They keep calling from this number and another this is my 9year olds pre-paid cell phone!! how do I stop them?

Don't take a loan with these people.  My state banking commission remarked about them.  I think they are EVIL

I do not owe any money to anyone this company may represent.  They have called me repeatedly asking for several different people.  I believe they are using some sort of auto dialing system as I do not know any of the people they supposedly are trying to contact.  Just now a very unprofessional male refused to say who he was working for, kept asking for someone with a french name who I have never heard of, and kept trying to talk over me until I hung up.  I am definitely going to report them.

STOP calling me you have the wrong number. I have told you several times.

Keeps calling and at times leaves messages.  But continues to call.

How get them to stop is when they call and ask for your name or a person you don't know say you don't know them:)

They called my number every other hour, I finally picked up and informed them I had filed bankruptcy and that they were on the creditors list and they needed to cease and desist with these harassing calls and any further calls should be directed to my attorney, and I gave her his name!   The lady actually had the nerve to yell that I was lying and didnt have an attorney and I better pay up or I was going to be arrested.  I need to turn them into the attorney generals and if Im not mistaken if they continue to harass you after filing a bankruptcy they can be sued!

I keep getting calls from this number, never the same person twice.  They said I had a loan with Ameriloan and that if I didn't start sending them money they would garnish my wages.  I asked them the name of their company and they told me it was not important.

I spoke with them a couple of times and told them they were incorrect as I never had a loan with them and to please stop calling.  Needless to say they were very rude and told me that I needed to send them money before they would stop calling.   I did not send any money and I do not answer the phone when they call.  
they are annoying, trouble is that they not only have my home number, but my work as well.  Just not sure how they obtain the phone numbers.

Recieved multiple calls from this number. This is a buisiness cell phone and a coworker is on medical leave. I asked them to stop calling this number and they keep calling. They have also called from different numbers.

Call your former job and ask if the scammers quit looking for you there, yet.

You need a consumer attorney.  If they were told their calls were not welcome at your job and they continued anyway, that is a violation of the FDCPA.  Having lost your job, you now have real damages to sue them for and they have to pay for your lawyer when you win.

Person continues to call for an employee. Said her name is Sabrina and she is following up on some paperwork the employee had submitted to AML. left the number 1-800-404-9026 to call back. Was not rude, just not very polite either, and this is a place of business, not an answering service.

Anyone in the state of Arkansas who has a loan through them, the loan is illegal! The interest rate exceeds that allowed in the state of Arkansas. Talk to them, get them to send you something in writing and forward it to the Attorney General.... They will go after them, it will cost you nothing. You can google the attorney general and it will have a form for you to fill out. Then they will contact you and get all te info you have including any paperwork. It's pretty easy... And they don't like my choosen lawyer, the attorney general. Lol!

Does anyone know laws agains harrassing a place of business regarding an employees debt.

I have received calls from Ameriloan at all times of the day. I had an account with this company but the loan has been satisfied. I answered the phone the last time they called and asked to take a message. The man was VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I went to their website and requested that my number be removed from their list. Hopefully this works.

These people call several times a week for one of my staff.  There are three of us who work in my office, but my staff work in the field, and do not work in my office.  We have asked this company to stop calling, but they continue.  Theie website is https://ameriloan.com/ .  There is a Contact Us link at the top right of the page.  I'm going to contact them to formally ask them to stop calling my office.  My co-workers and I have asked them repeatedly to stop, but they keep calling, asking to speak to the same staff person.  We have told them to call her private number.  They ask for the number.  We tell them that we can't give that info. They ask us to tell her to call.  We tell them that we can't do that.  They ask us to email her.  They just don't understand that we have better things to do!

There is also a message at the bottom of their web page that reads "MNE Services, Inc., doing business as AmeriLoan®, is a tribal lending entity wholly owned by the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma,
