I have received calls from Ameriloan at all times of the day. I had an account with this company but the loan has been satisfied. I answered the phone the last time they called and asked to take a message. The man was VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I went to their website and requested that my number be removed from their list. Hopefully this works.

These people call several times a week for one of my staff.  There are three of us who work in my office, but my staff work in the field, and do not work in my office.  We have asked this company to stop calling, but they continue.  Theie website is https://ameriloan.com/ .  There is a Contact Us link at the top right of the page.  I'm going to contact them to formally ask them to stop calling my office.  My co-workers and I have asked them repeatedly to stop, but they keep calling, asking to speak to the same staff person.  We have told them to call her private number.  They ask for the number.  We tell them that we can't give that info. They ask us to tell her to call.  We tell them that we can't do that.  They ask us to email her.  They just don't understand that we have better things to do!

There is also a message at the bottom of their web page that reads "MNE Services, Inc., doing business as AmeriLoan®, is a tribal lending entity wholly owned by the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma,
a Sovereign Nation recognized by the United States government under the Oklahoma Indian Welfare Act of 1936."

Grave danger are they? well good!

I am on the no call registry and would like the calls to stop

they call my number my grand daughter but are rude don;t say what company they are just that my husband put in an application i know to be a lie he doesnt even know how to use atm my god hes not not tech savvy at all

They continue to call me after I have told them numerous times they have the wrong number and I don't know the person.  I reported them to the FTC after I cursed the guy out.  I was polite the first few times but now it's getting ridiculous.  You don't have to provide them with any information and if your human resource manager is giving out private information they should be FIRED

Received a call at our business from 918-442-9103. Caller ID says AML REC.  Asked them to stop calling - they call here everyday!!!!!

No matter whether the call is from a debt collector or from a telemarketer, they legally cannot keep calling you and harassing you.

1. Make sure your phone number is on the do not call registry.
2. Submit a complaint to the FCC using the online form.

You will need to know the phone number, company name if you know it, and the dates and times of all calls.  If you have the name of the person you spoke to, even better.

The calls will stop, keep reporting them!

Similar thing happened to me, wrong phone number, wrong person, wrong state even, but a debt collector kept calling me for someone else's debt.  They do that because many people will PAY to get them to stop the harassment.  

Report them to the FCC using the online form, and keep reporting them.  This DOES work, it worked for me.

They are still at it... Called for someone that is no longer here.   When informed they were no longer with our company they ask  Can I leave my name and number for her?
I said slower She is no longer with this company
Oh can you take my information and if you talk to her
She - Was - Let - Go... She is not calling here ever....

The constantly call. I filed a complaint with the FCC and my state attorney office. What i did do is create a contact on my phone for them and all the other annoying numbers I get. I set up the number to go straight to voicemail. Now my phone doesn't even ring and they don't leave messages. I only know they call by looking at the call log on my phone.

I have been receiving several phone calls from these people. I do not know why they are calling me for I do not owe them. They have been looking for someone else and do not believe the person they are looking for, does not live here after I tell them this.

Very annoying.

These people even harass my boss on his cell phone at work and at home. We both use "Mr. Number". The app blocks any unwanted calls. You can even block out an entire area code and enter exception numbers. Now, whenever they call, my phone automatically hangs up on them without going to voicemail.

they called me from this # and would not say who they were and asked for my ss # I told them no and they hung up please stop them from this harrassment

If your deli quint on on anything,these people find out,and try to recover the payment with bogus threats,.appeantly where they are you can get arrested for not paying bills.I just insult them,question their manhood,that really gets them.Have fun ,or get a caller ID.

This number keeps calling me asking for a Linda I have told them 5 + times she no longer has this number please take it off. One person said I know you know Linda and you are crovering up for her. I called minnesota attorney gen. To make a complaint  they called me 6 times in one day

I keep getting calls from this number as well.  Now when I answer I just go to the restroom, hold the phone next to the toilet and flush.  I never took a loan out from them.

They ask by name and will not tell you anything
