    thank you
I have a question regarding several unpaid medical bills. If i pay them now, how long will it take before they are taken off on my credit report. I would have a perfect score, but due to several medical collection accounts it is fair but it states that i have never been late on a bill.
    I appreciate your help.

Got a call from this number. They left a voicemail with the # to call them back as 877-963-0716 from University Hospital. I have never been there and don't know the person they left the voicemail for. Dumb [***].

I got a new cell phone a month ago with a new number in the area code 919. I got a call from the same number that is being discussed. I did not answer it once I saw and did not recognize it. End of story. No need to get frustrated by tracing the call.  Better to ignore it  if you do not owe debt to banks, hospitals, and other service providers.

collection agency ... you owe money is all that is going on - and in NC? they are allowed to call you - blocked or not - if they are trying to collect a debt.

My wife has a number of medical bills that she pays an agreed to monthly amount but for some reason, they want more.  Calls at least weekly.  When we call the medical facilities where the treatment was received, they claim that this company has no right to collect but nothing ever seems to be done to stop the calls from either this company or the medical facilities used to cause the bills.  It is a never ending battle.  If the agreed amount is paid, we are not going to worry about it and they can post it to our credit report and then we can battle that.

PLEASE notify the BBB about how this company is doing business.  Already they have 91 complaints against them and maybe if everyone turns them in companies wont use them anymore and they will go out of business.

West Colection Service....using 20-30 different company names and approx 100 different phone number.
Hell YES, I left unpaid medical bill...for several reasons...first off, they charged medicare 10 times too much for the service recieved, and now they want to charge me more...Charge all in hell you want to and just wait and see when you collect. Now if you are willing to pay me at the same rate you charge for all the hours I have spent in your waiting rooms after having a set appointment, then fine. I will be glad to pay you. But for the time being, I suggest you find a job that pays.
NO doctor should be pinch-hitting in an Emergency Room when he has set appointments,,,15 min wait is reasonaable, any longer and "Bud". You owe me. The excessive ER fees would more than cover the fees paid to us patients setting in your wainting room....business is business, and I for one tired of being screwed by "the system"  ONLY when enough people think the way I do will things change.

    cmesmile replies to J,
In my case it is Duke Private Diagnostic Clinic looking for more money each month, they set up a payment plan for what they are already accepting each month........that was really worth their effort.
